We had a toilet that needed to be unclogged. Salvador was our plumbing tech. He was on time and very courteous. He got the job done and did a great job. And the whole service was very affordable! Overall excellent customer service and I would highly recommend Pro Flo.

well, I've been with these guys for a few years now, so I have lots of experience with them lol anyways, the owner is an awesome guy and they installed my new heat pump very professionally. they come every single time they're called within a few minutes or hours, maybe a day. Also, they let me know when I'm due for check ups because I have a very minimal monthly fee for that and I could just forget about it. I also get a discount for services because of that plan. I really can't say enough about them but I just realized I'm going to be calling them for my plumbing as well. :-) give them a call for your needs, you won't be disappointed

IMO the real worth of the business is how they deal with you after the work is completed but something goes wrong with equipment. I've had numerous contractors in the past being less enthusiastic about coming back to fix things after the initial work is completed. Not ProFlo.

One of our AC units wasn't working properly approximately a year after installation. The unfortunate and annoying part was that it was intermittent, so the problem couldn't be easily diagnosed. Bryan and others showed up several times over weeks and months, tirelessly trying every possible way to figure out what was wrong with the unit (they had to work with the manufacturer to troubleshoot the issue). While it took some time to get resolved (still testing) I never felt like they abandoned the project. And while it was annoying to have to deal with half-broken AC during one of the hottest summers, I was glad ProFlo had my back and honestly put hours and hours into getting it fixed. Still 5-star service and I highly recommend them for any job. They were responsive, friendly, and professional, just like the first time I encountered them.

One of the only companies that actually offered to come out and write an estimate. Although it was a job that I could have done myself, I still hired them because of their communication, professionalism, and arrival on time. Both gentlemen were well dressed (yes, even for plumbers) and well educated. Handled the job quickly. They immediately emailed me a receipt via their iPad.

Brian is very nice and technical person. He replaced my AC and furnace with an excellent carrier AC at a very reasonable price. He delivered on time, did an excellent job without any delay. I will use his company in the future for any AC needs. Very happy with his professional work.

Have had the pleasure of working with Bryan JR and SR on several occasions and can't rave about them enough. We have many medical issues in our home and its always stressful to have vendors coming in and out esp dealing with HVAC but these 2 (and their team) have gone above and beyond to make sure our home is kept clean, patient in answering a million and 1 questions and always being prompt and communicating all of our options. Highly recommend and will continue to use for all our HVAC needs

ProFlo Air is amazing. We have worked with them on a couple of projects including our heat exchangers for our swimming pool. This was no small feat but they were up for the challenge. They worked side by side with my pool plumber to complete the unusual request from my husband. Now, our pool is heated whenever we turn on our AC. I recently needed a new AC unit for upstairs and ProFlo was there for me as my husband recently passed away. They were reliable and reasonable. Josh is awesome. He made sure the team looked out for me and did a great job. He even sent me flowers as I grieved the loss of my husband. Now that's going above and beyond. I would highly recommend ProFlo Air.
