As a DIY homeowner, and someone who manages homes, I tend to take care of maintenance issues myself. I was out of town when I received a call informing me of a leaky sink on a unit I manage. I don't regularly need these services, so I found myself calling around for a plumber who was available on a weekend. ProFix was not the first number I called, but they were the first to answer and gave direct responses to all of my questions (timing, billing, etc.) They were extremely easy to collaborate with (even with me being out of town). The best part is that they were extremely timely in getting the job done! They fixed the leak and arrived within the window they confirmed.

They even kept me posted with updates and pictures through text!

I am very pleased with my interactions with them and with a job well done! If you need plumbing services, ProFix is a dependable bet!

Requested a cleaning from ProFix Solutions for a condo that needed to be turned over quickly; Sheila responded promptly and managed to come out the very next day to take measurements and suggest other small fixes that would make the next tenants' lives easier.

All in all, very satisfied with the work. Sheila was meticulous with the cleaning and managed to deep clean almost every surface in the condo. Andres did a great job fixing up baseboards that had water damage along with securing a loose kitchen countertop. He also managed to reinstall and level the heavy glass closet doors in the master bedroom.

Pricing was transparent and easy. I highly recommend this company for cleaning and general handyman needs.
