If you put honesty and integrity at a premium like I do, Greg and William at Pro Fix are truly the BEST. They came to my house to look at my kitchen drain line which had been making nosies and acting up and instead of pushing the expensive preventative fix that another plumber told me I needed, ProFix suggested I first try an over the counter product as they felt that would be sufficient, saving me HUNDREDS of dollars! I will absolutely call ProFix for any plumbing issues I have in the future!

We've had Profix come out and fix our mainline when we had tree root intrusion, fix our sink pipe that was leaking, and reseat a toilet. They've always been honest and work quickly and diligently. My kitchen sink was clogged, so I looked up Yelp reviews and found Profix. Greg arrived 5 minutes before the appointment time. At first I thought he would have to do Hydro Jetting, but Greg fixed the problem with a 75 foot snake machine and gave me a 30 day warranty. He was very friendly and the whole process was neat. Will never call on any other company for my plumbing problems or needs again! Greg is not only proficient in what he does but takes the time to explain the process from beginning to end. He was quick to respond to my call when our water had to be shut off because of a broken faucet spewing water in our bathroom. Greg was sure to get it fix to prevent too many more hours without a shower. If you want professionalism at its finest, ProFix is the way to go.

ProFix Drains was amazing. We had a plumbing problem late on a Friday and needed a hydro jet to clear it. Even though it was late, Greg showed up and was so kind. He used his powerful truck hydro jet system on two of our drains and they have never worked better! He and his worker were so careful with our property and left everything very clean. I have a double sink in the bathroom that was clogged. Greg (the tech) was great easy to talk with, he explained what he was going to do before he did it. The amazing thing he did not make a mess. The Best! First of all, Greg answered the phone. I called two other plumbers, left messages and never heard back. I saw a Profix truck at my neighbor's house and quickly contacted them. I had roots in my bathroom drain. I called the next day and they came out that day to give a free estimate. Before coming out, Greg gave me a general idea of the cost to hydro jet, and chain clean so I wasn't surprised. I appriciated that.

Greg and Alex showed up, very professional, friendly, knowledgable, and started with scoping my drain. I had been treating the infected pipe with foaming root killer, but still it was having issues. When the guys put the camera down the clean out, they immediately hit a nest of roots. The camera dislodged the roots from the pipes and Greg said ""let's push it all the way out to the street"". And that's what they did. When they pulled the camera back in, the line was clean.

When I asked what I owed them for fixing the problem, they said zero. No Charge! And then to top it off, Greg went with me to my side yard to look at where the invasive tree roots had come from (yes I removed the tree someone planted to close to the house) and he recommended removing a second tree that could also be part of the problem.

Amazing! Above and beyond. My new go-to plumbers.
