Over the past few years we have had an issue with our kitchen sink clogging up and found out from one of the big plumbing companies that the pipeline has a slight ""belly"". This company told us we would need to reroute it and do all this construction which would cost $16K plus we would not be able to use it for a couple of weeks. We called Profix Drains for a second opinion and Greg confirmed that this pipe has a slight ""belly"" and the options Greg gave us was to just snake it every few months or hydrojet every 6 months. He saved us from spending $16K! He was even nice enough to give us a warranty on his work :)

I had a blocked toilet and called a local plumbing service. They plunged the toilet, looked inside my septic system and said that I had weeds in the pits and needed Hydro-jetting with a minimum of $2,400.

I decided to get a second opinion and called Greg. He came up with his Hydro-jetting equipment, looked inside my pits and said that Hydro-jetting would ruin them. He checked everything with his camera and said that I should just get my system pumped and they would suck up any weeds at the same time.

I live in Malibu and he came all the way from Newport Beach and charged me nothing. He saved me over $2,000 today. Wish I could give him ten stars. What a nice man.

Greg and Will epitomized professionalism! Both were very respectful, were mindful of keeping everything as clean as possible, and they worked very quickly. I had a backed up washing machine drain pipe that caused a giant puddle to form in my garage whenever I ran the washing machine. Greg explained to me what the problem was and how he was able to fix it. I think the whole job was done in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. I greatly appreciated the time he took to politely explain the issue, and the attention to detail. I highly recommend ProFix! Worth the wait!

After discussing my plumbing issue, Greg and his team highly recommended the benefits of hydro-jetting my clogged drains. The cost was acceptable and they started work immediately. It only lasted short time.

Afterwards,Greg showed me, via on-line camera, how clean and clear the pipes are after hydro-jetting got rid of all the years-old muck. No draining issues now!!

Decided it was time to verify my main water line was clear and free from debris and root intrusions. It's been 3 years since last checked. Greg & Will from ProFix Drains & Hydro Jet showed up (on time) yesterday and it turns out that my main line was clean and wide open. I have good luck - there were no issues (and I have a video). I had ProFix also look at another issue I have with a clogged external drain. Greg discovered that the drain is severely clogged and it may have been caused by prior contractor tile work we had completed 2+ years ago. I now have a plan to resolve this issue (with ProFix's help). I can't say enough about how thoughtful, thorough and professional the ProFix crew was! They are now my ""go to"" source for any/all future plumbing issues.

I want to say Greg and his crew at ProFix Drains did an amazing job re-piping my house. I had a water pipe burst and had to have my bathroom remodeled. My house is 53 years old so was the piping. I had Greg come in and re-pipe the entire house. His was super professional and knowledgeable. His customer service and communication skills were impeccable. If you put honesty and integrity at a premium like I do, Greg and William at Pro Fix are truly the BEST. They came to my house to look at my kitchen drain line which had been making nosies and acting up and instead of pushing the expensive preventative fix that another plumber told me I needed, ProFix suggested I first try an over the counter product as they felt that would be sufficient, saving me HUNDREDS of dollars! I will absolutely call ProFix for any plumbing issues I have in the future!

We've had Profix come out and fix our mainline when we had tree root intrusion, fix our sink pipe that was leaking, and reseat a toilet. They've always been honest and work quickly and diligently.
