Woke up to no hot water, I thought it rather odd as of night before normal shower. So I went to my go to Yelp and looked up and read reviews, Profix Drain & Hydro Jet wAs my choice. I love to support local businesses. Greg responded to me right away, very accommodating got an appointment and estimate to replace 19 yr old Hot water heater. Very reasonable priced for a comparable unit, brought up to code, fast, efficient and sanitary. Very thorough in explaining everything to me. Greg and Jesse had great customer service and knowledge. They also snaked two bathroom sinks. I would highly recommend Profix as your go to Plumber! I'm so happy my overall experience! Great job & Great business! Blessings in future success!

We had a simple kitchen sink backup and we called another company to clear it... They couldn't effectively snake it from the roof vent or the kitchen cleanout, so they charged me more money to hydrojet it... After that, they still couldn't get past a certain point, so they ran a camera, LONG story short, they said I had holes in my waste line, and needed to replace everything under the house, despite everything connected to the kitchen being ABS.... They proposed a $7,000 ""fix"" to the problem.

The next day I called ProFix and the came out to give me a second opinion. Greg and Jesse came out and crawled under the house to inspect what was going on. He was surprised that I was told by the other company that I needed to replace the pipes- as the were still all functional. After that, they ran a hydrojet to make sure the line was clear, and then put a camera down. He showed me without any doubt that there was no hole, and that my pipes were fine, and water was flowing from the cleanout all the way to the front of the house.

Greg suggested we try to snake from under the sink, as its common for stuff to get stuck in the T area behind the sink. After a few short minutes, Greg had unclogged the pipe and water was flowing again! They cleaned everything up, sanitized and even hosed down outside where some gunk had come out of the cleanout.

I can't recommend Greg and ProFix enough. Super knowledgeable, fair pricing and they were both super easy to work with. If it backs up again, they will be the first person we call.

Just what I needed. A little back story is that my family owns a water store where you can come fill up those 5 gallon jugs with purified water. The area floor drain that is tied to the filtration system was backing up and caused flooding to the system room.
I got it snaked but it only lasted for about a month or so. I was recommended to get the drain hydro jetted and it was the best decision that I should have done earlier.

Greg and Jessie were the guys that serviced me. Both were very nice and got the job the job done in about an hour. They went the extra mile and did 10 passes to ensure my drain was cleaned. I am very happy with the results and will be a repeat customer.

ProFix was great to deal with from start to finish. Got back to me quickly with a quote for unclogging my toilet, scheduling the repair for later that same morning and showed up at the early end of the time window. Greg and Jesse were great! Courteous and a pleasure to work with. They wore masks and put on booties without being asked to do so. They got to work quickly and were done within 15 minutes, including cleaning and sanitizing the area they'd worked in. Greg gave me a few tips on how to keep my toilet from clogging again. I would definitely call ProFix again.

My sewer backed up while I took the morning shower on Thursday. Greg promptly took my call and stopped by in the afternoon to run diagnosis with camera. We found rooting in the pipe and Greg was able to pin down the troubled location in the front yard. In negotiating my options for temporary to permanent fixes, being an architect myself, I found Greg being genuine, honest, and trustful who can take care of the problem for me. He offered me a short term solution so I can use water before they come back to repair the issue.
Greg and Vesse returned Sunday on time as promised. The spent 4 hours digging and replacing the sub-terrain pipe. We found the ABS was crushed open by crossing root. Their work is neat and professional. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a plumber.

This is what happened yesterday. I talked to Greg in the morning and set up an appointment. They showed up within the 2 hour window promised. They cleared my kitchen drain and had it working within 15 minutes and left. Later that night while taking a shower, my tub and toilet started to back up. Around 9pm I call Greg again and told him what was happening. He told me not to worry and that he would send someone right away to fix whatever the problem was. Not sure how many plumbers would have done that without even knowing what happened. That integrity and customer service means a lot to me. I will hire him again because I know he will stand behind his work. Based on this experience, I can honestly recommend them to anyone. The customer service was excellent!!!

When our main sewer line backed up we called a local plumber to come out and snake the line. The plumber advised us that our pipes were compromised by so many tree roots that we would have to replace a long section of pipe at a cost between $8,000 and $13,000. We would also have to dig up a section of our concrete driveway.
We called Pro Fix to get a second opinion. Greg and his son came out to the property the next morning. They proceeded to hydro jet the pipe at a cost of $800 in less than two hours. They even provided us with a one year warranty against the return of tree roots.
Great work at a reasonable price by honest professionals.

I had a clogged kitchen drain and Greg came and not only hydrojetted to clear it, but also double checked with the camera and hydrojetted twice more to ensure he got all of the grease buildup. He and his partner are both polite, honest and thorough with their work. I really appreciate their Service and the extremely reasonable price for what they did.
I'm also impressed by how responsive they are. My multiple messages were replied within minutes!
