Quick response. Our AC drain line was clogged. They were able to reroute the line to the exterior of the house. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves. He was helpful and honest.

The handle broke in our master shower and there was continual water dripping. Bertin at Proficient plumbing took my call and was able to come out the same day. He quickly identified the problem and was very comprehensive in his explanation of what might happen when he tried to fix it as it was a complicated break. He and his associate were able to resolve the problem quickly with no issues. They were friendly and professional and even took the time to give us some advice about another plumbing related issue that we had.

Bertin and his crew came out to my house and installed an outdoor shower, outside hose connection, and helped repair an inside shower head that wasn't working properly.
I had also asked him to hook up my BBQ grill to natural gas and he explained that, even though HomeDepot had told me it could be hooked up and sold me the adapter kit to do so, that the gas grill really couldn't be converted from propane to natural gas. I called the manufacturer and they confirmed that Home Depot had given me bad info.

I felt the estimate they gave us was reasonable. Owner Bertin Jaimes said it would take 2 weeks from beginning to end, and they completed the job on time. We could not have been happier with the results. They were very professional and were very conscious of doing a clean job, minimizing damage to our home.
