First they came over to assess the job. Told us we needed a new toilet and told us to call them back when we get one. I ordered the toilet, they came back within a few days and replaced the broken toilet.

The repairman was very nice, knew what he was doing, charged us a fair price and was done quickly! He was very nice! I would use this company again!!

We had a slow leaking kitchen faucet and it became a steady drip. I called Proficient plumbing around 11am yesterday and I had a plumber at my door by 3pm. I tried to turn off the water using the valves under the kitchen sink, but they were 25+ years old, so we got those replaced first. They brought in all the tools and a battery charged wet vacuum. Reasonable price. Tomorrow we'll get the faucet replaced, after we buy a generic faucet at like Lowes tonight.

I e-mailed Proficient Plumbing on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they called me back on Thanksgiving to assess the problem. Who does that? Because it was not an emergency, I scheduled an appt for the following Tuesday. On Tuesday morning I received both e-mails and texts confirming my man was on his way. He showed up on time and after assessing the problem he fixed it to my satisfaction. Actually left under the sink cleaner than when he got there lol. What more could you ask for? I could not be more pleased with their professionalism and would definitely not hesitate to use them again.

For the second time this year, Proficient Plumbing has done a superlative job for me. Kyle and James, in record time and for a very reasonable price, replaced a valve for the ice maker, replaced the shut off valve for the toilet, and replaced the garden hose faucet for me. This may sound like 3 little things but they've been on my list of ""things that should get my attention before it's a HUGE problem"".

The price came in lower than the estimate which was not bad in the first place.

But best of all, I was impressed by the quality of the work, the professionalism of the team including the office staff, and the reliability of the company.

From now on, Proficient will be my plumbers every time.

Had an appointment window of 1 to 4pm. They showed up around 5:30pm. I asked that they wear a mask. Was told they did not have a mask. Will be looking for someone else to do the job.

I just bought a house and this was my first experience with a plumber. It was painless! They are super organized and keep you updated on arrival times. They explained everything they were going to do and were able to fix my issue. I will use them every time I need a plumber.

Had a scheduled appointment with this company. They didnt show up. Called me 60 minutes or so late and said they would be here in 15 minutes...35 minutes later and no plumber. Proficient?...I think not. I cant recommend this business.
