I was recommended to Jerry by someone on """"the neighborhood"""" and he didn't disappoint. Jerry was so polite. I needed a toilet replaced and Jerry came the same day, worked quickly and efficiently and left the work area spotless, he even took away the old toilet. Unlike the other reviewer I have never actually had my work done by Jerry himself but I have used his company for 4 services in two years. The most recent service would be our last. Without our knowledge he subcontracted the work out to a """"hack"""" company. Not only were they rude, didn't do what they were asked (both in writing and in person) and lied about the work they did, they would not come to repair or evaluate damage caused by their work because we were reimbursed for the initial incorrect work they did. Unfortunately Jerry chose not to take up the slack created by his subcontractor and left hanging out to try. The repair work for his contractor's mess cost us several hundred dollars. He could have salvaged the situation by addressing the problem but chose to side with his subcontractor.
