I've used them twice before and received great service. They're quick, clean and very fair on price, not cheap but definitely not expensive. Never had a problem with any of their work. They've replaced a main pipe behind my dishwasher years ago and last year came out to help change out some plumbing in the shower and replace some faucets.

Proficient came out to replace sinks, faucets and toilets in both bathrooms. Jesse did a great job and also was very good at not making a mess and cleaned up when done. Also while he were here I had him replace the main shut off valve to the house that stuck open and it was no problem for him to do before leaving and did it all at a fair price.

Spoke with Bob. Very arrogant and condescending. No customer service at all; very lazy. Their prices are ridiculous and forget about needing them after hours or on weekends. Save yourself time and money and choose another plumbing service. Surprised they are in business.

We were referred to Proficient Plumbing by a plumber who could not help us. It has been our good luck to find such a good, honest, affordable plumber. They have helped us with 3 big plumbing problems. Our first was a broken sewer line that leaked into our basement, which was discovered on Labor Day weekend. They came on a Sunday and completely solved and fixed the problem. From that job, we knew we had a plumbing company we could trust.
