Randy and his guys were amazing! They were so attentive and responded immediately to the issues in our apartment building. We were having continuous clogs and some leaking issues in our units. He took care of it right away. I cannot say enough good things about them. We had a huge project of changing all of the shut off valves in our 12 unit building and they got it done in no time. I would use them again in a second.

They showed up in a mask, and the tech was very polite, even when we had to ask him to wait to come inside (had to put the dog up and get the kids squared away). We highly recommend Proficiency Fire Protection & Plumbing. In fact we plan to have them work on our rental and have already told our family and friends about them. We had an outside drain issue lastnight due to the hard rains and didn't discover it until after 9pm in the evening. The water was rising and we were worried that our garage would be flooded. Randy and Memo came at 10:30pm and stayed until 12:30am, and not only did they finish the job but finished the job thoroughly to ensure we did not experience flooding. They even went back to their shop to get a bigger machine to make sure everything was cleared. They did all this work in the rain. Others would have left or have never even come to do the work during a storm especially during the time we called. They were professional, worked hard, did quality work and had great attitudes during a storm that would have made others quit and walk away from the job.
