Of I could give less than one star , I would. I called this company on Thursday to set up an appt for Friday because water was backing up in our basement. They set up an appt . between 12:00- 4:00 on Friday .friday come around and no one shows or calls. We try to call them and get their machine. We left 5 messages. This was on Easter weekend. I had sewer in my basement the next day. I am very angry. They could have at least called so I would have had time to get someone else to come out. Never again! Don't waist your time , money , or sanity.

Mike was available to come to my house the very next day after I called. Mike was extremely friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and also fix it immediately. I would highly recommend Professor Plumber and will continue to use their service.

I spoke to a man Friday afternoon and set an appointment for him to come out saturday between 12-2 he also had me call back with all details on the voicemail which I did. He never showed for appt nor did he call amd I called 3 times saturday no amswer. Had to use competition roto rooter for service.
