I have a warranty through Choice Home Warranty which I pay a fair amount for and the service charge call just went up to $85 which I will address later. My hot water heater is out and has been since 04/20/2022. The gentleman who owns the business 1. Does not even answer the phone like it's a legitimate business. 2. We had an appointment scheduled May 5th. He failed to show up, did not call to let me know he would not make it, and did not call to reschedule. 3. I was extremely ill and finally I called to follow up with him about why he didn't show up and he said he had another important job that was ""good money."" 4. He said he would TRY to make it out on 05/19/2022 and I said ""well I just want to make sure because if you can't I need to make other arrangements. I am home alone with my 2 girls and we have no hot water."" His reply ""ok well send me turn by turn directions"" from my location to yours. I thought ok, I mean it's 2022 but I will. 5. I said ""do you mind if I ask you a question, since you're coming from far away and I'm pretty sure this water heater needs replacing...."" He cut me off and said ""I'm not bringing anything with me, you can pay the fee and then it's up to Choice."" I said ok ""so then I'm looking at weeks for this to get resolved?"" He snapped and said he's was driving and I said ok, I'll call Choice since your kinda rude and unfriendly."" He YELLED at me and said ""OK SO NOW I'M RUDE BECAUSE I AM DRIVING. LET ME JUST GET INTO AN ACCIDENT FOR YOU?!? YOU KNOW WHAT NOW I'M NOT COMING, HOW'S THAT FOR BEING RUDE? YOU'RE RUDE!"" SO now I'm LITERALLY in tears and still without hot water.

We had scheduled Tim to come to our house on a Friday morning between 8-10 am. Tim had confirmed and agreed to this day and time. Friday morning came and no word from Tim. After several phone calls and leaving voicemails there was still no word from Tim. The next day my cell phone received a call from this work number but no message was left. Ten days later and still no phone call or explanation from this plumber. I had taken off work to be home for him. This is very unprofessional, irresponsible and disrespectful of a clients' time!!
