There's a reason Professor Plumb has 70 five-star reviews. I developed a slab leak right before the freeze happened in 2022, which means everyone was calling with an emergency.

Blue came out within four days of me calling him, knocked all the work out in a day at half the price of my other quotes and made sure I knew what I was getting into. He explained all my options and what I could expect.

An unwelcome issue with the central line of our plumbing system led to us deciding to replace all the original cast iron drainage under the house. I gathered several quotes and Professor Plumb was extremely responsive and gave a very competitive bid for the work so we decided to go with them. Brian and his team were tremendously communicative through the whole process. Additionally, Brian was incredibly honest, giving me his professional opinion about what needed replacing and what didn't. I will be recommending this company to any neighbor who asks and will be calling them again in the event of any future issues.

Shower water was not hot enough. Blue quickly found the problem and fixed it. Awesome customer service! Amanda followed up to confirm the appointment and sent a 30 minute notice. The initial 2 hour appointment window was also helpful. Blue arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
