Do not trust this company. They do not stand by their workmanship and will ignore you when you ask them to follow through on their warranty. It all seems good at first, until you run issues months later. Four months after my whole house cast iron lining job with Professional Trenchless Repair, I ran into massive issues -- complete blockage in my lined drains. I have been trying to get a response from their owner for almost TWO MONTHS since March 11 to come out here. This doesn't even include the countless number of calls I've made that have not been returned. All I've gotten is blame on other plumbers who did not do anything with the lining of the cast iron. I had to pay a completely independent 3rd party plumber to resolve the blockage in my sewage lines. They took videos -- screenshots attached -- and explained to me the issue is how poorly the cast iron lining job was performed and advised me to rectify it. That is 100% work that Professional Trenchless Repair did, nobody else. The issue was that it was not smoothed out completely, and there were rough areas left behind where you can clearly see the toilet paper is catching (and this was after the majority of the blockage was cleared). I sent them these pictures 2 months ago and they have ignored me. Not even *sending* someone to come look at it and assess the situation for yourself. I am completely understanding that work sometimes needs to be fixed or revised. But what bothers me is the lack of communication or willingness to resolve. Save your money and stay away from these guys

Yariel and Maykel were/are incredibly amazing. My septic tank hadn't been cleaned in literal decades They were at my house in less than an hour, and were able to fix my issues in less than 4 hours! Absolutely amazing. They were extremely professional, and made sure I was aware and understood everything that was happening. Also, for the amount of work these guys did, they are super affordable! They don't try to pressure you to buy extras just to fill their pockets. They have a forever customer with us
