Johnny C.I am giving a 1 star rating because I can't give a negative stars rating! These guys looked at a couple of drain clogs -- one near the garage outside and one in my son's basement. Not only could they not fix it, they made them worse! then they recommended a couple of plumbers who could fix the clogs for anywhere from $2,000 to $4,000, depending on whether we wanted to reroute the drainage or break the concrete to find the clog. Then they had the balls to charge us $210! We called Roto Rooter, who fixed the problem for $145. So these guys are inept and clueless! Call them at your own risk!
