Great experience. Was contacted about a few months ago with a honey-do list for a few locations in Manhattan. Was paid on-time and was offered to be a preferred vendor due to my rates and time turnover. Their Customer Service representatives were very nice to deal with and full of energy. I look forward to get future work orders from this company.

This company does not pay contractors. My company submitted pictures, sign offs, written and verbal approval by store management and they underpaid the agreed PO by $1,600. Very rude and unprofessional employees and owner. Do not contract with this outfit.

This company hires contractors to carry out electrical, plumbing, etc. at various retail locations they have a contract with. The issue is they DO NOT PAY their contractors. If you ever do actually receive payment, it will be months down the line and under the correct amount. They are terrible. If you are a contractor do NOT do work for this terrible ""company"". Awful!!!!!
