We had a really stubborn clogged sink that two other plumbers had already failed and/or flaked on fixing. Shane came out and fixed the (really weird) problem we had within 24 hours. Shane is a life saver! I have only one bathroom, so when toilet backed up from who-knows-where in the pipeline, I really needed quick attention to the problem. I called Shane in the evening. He picked up the phone right away and said he could be there first thing in the morning (my choice not to do emergency call that night). Shane showed up on time, diagnosed the problem with ease, and fixed it in a half hour. He is responsive, professional, and pleasant to deal with. I will be using him again for future projects!

I came home from a long day to a shower drain overflowing with kitchen waste and flooding the bathroom. Drain cleaners failed, plunging failed, and after calling ten places in the area who either didn't answer, weren't available, or couldn't show up until next week, these guys took the time to answer my call (On a Saturday, no less) in the middle of another, bigger job, and take care of the immediate problem, as well leave me with their professional opinion on how to prevent further issues. Shane was friendly, communicative, and didn't rush the job or the questions I had for him on the way out. These guys left me with good advice and a lot of relief. Thanks a ton! As my first experience having to call a plumber, I must say, I can't believe how easy Shane made this! He sent me a message before I even woke up for the day, asking for details. He was able to provide a quote based on additional detail and pictures I texted him. Then he was able to squeeze in my appointment that morning! Showed up to the house with a smile and ready to tackle the problem. Shane's energy was great - funny, honest, trustworthy, easy-going. The total bill was easy to digest, which is another plus. Great communication: Shane told me the whole process step by step and answered every last one of my questions. Speedy service: They came out bright and early Saturday morning to replace my broken main water line. Team got me back up and run in only a few hrs. Everything was put back nicely like they weren't even there. Overall: 5 stars. Best plumbing company I've ever dealt with. Shane really knows what he is doing. I recommend them 100%.

Shane responded to our call regarding a leaky air vent in our sink. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and direct us to an appliance repair shop that could fix a problem with our dishwasher. He did not do the repair himself (it is an appliance problem and not a plumbing issue). He did not charge for the diagnosis. He was very polite, wore a mask in our house and was, I believe, incredibly kind to diagnose the issue and not charge for his expert opinion. We will call him again if we have another plumbing issue.

Replaced a broken laundry exit line and then replaced a 100 year old galvanized pipe so that my family would have clean water coming into our home. Our house apparently had a bunch of issues we were lucky enough to avoid confronting for the first several years living in it, but the heavy December and early January rainstorms changed that. Christmas week, a major rainstorm flooded my basement. I called Shane and he responded within a few minutes, and was there within the hour. He got to work quickly diagnosing the problem (a poorly placed, low quality pipe) -- all in the dark, with rain coming down that soon turned to snow. He was friendly and accommodating, and even helped my parents pull out of a ditch their car had slid into when it started snowing. Despite it being a holiday week, he and his team were back within a few days to fix the problem.

Much to our dismay, our basement flooded again the following week. This time, water was coming from a different source. I called Shane late at night (well past a polite time) and he again was friendly and receptive. He came right out and confirmed that there was a different issue causing this flood (having to do with the slope of the ground). Again, he and his team were back at our house within a few days.

When the third massive rainstorm of the month hit, we were spared thanks to the good work Shane and his team did. My sister, on the other hand, wasn't. Her basement flooded this time, and I referred her to Shane. She had a similar experience: he responded and showed up immediately, fixed the plumbing malfunction, and was a pleasure to work with.
