Shane and team are awesome. After our electrician struck a water pipe with his drill, I came across Shane's contact info and he answered immediately and assured me he could swing by and fix our issue. Not only did he fix the issue quickly (less than 20 minutes to replace the pipe), he did a great job of explaining what he was doing and how it works. While he was here, I also took the opportunity to ask him about a different (non-emergent) plumbing issue and he was super helpful explaining how I could go about trying to resolve it myself (and save some $$$). Stand up guy. He's very friendly, very knowledgeable, and was very easy to work with! I'll definitely be calling Professional Plumbing next time I need plumbing help!

He thoroughly explored our issue, explained our options, and repaired/replaced the needed equipment all within a few short hours. We had a clogged pipe that backed up and flooded our floor the night before New Years Eve. Shane picked up when I called after hours, and happened to be in our neighborhood. He stopped by that evening on short notice, fixed our clogged pipe and was on his way, leaving me (and my house full of visiting relatives) extremely happy. Approachable and very easy to work with. Knows what he's doing and cleans up afterwards. Highly recommend!

Shane with Professional Plumbing just left my condo- he did a great job! I had a semi-emergency situation with a broken valve behind the toilet (forcing water shutoff). Shane was able to show up within hours, at a fair pre-determined rate. Fast, professional, courteous, check, check, check.

Once he was done he even helped my roommate finish installing the hot water line he was trying to run from the sink. Shane wasn't charging me by the hour, he was just willing to help!

I've used other plumbers before, but Professional Plumbing will be my first call next time!

I highly recommend Shane at Professional Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! 2 weeks after purchasing a remodeled home, our sewer pipe collapsed, backed up, and then flooded out utility room. Shane came to our rescue and helped make a super stressful situation as easy as possible for us. He spent the better part of 3 days digging 10 feet down in our yard, replacing a good 8 feet of piping and shot a liner about 20 feet back towards the house effectively giving us a brand new sewer pipe from the home to the city line. Shane is very trustworthy, responsive, and worked with us on the pricing. He educated us thru each step he took to get the job done, so we even learned a great deal from Shane in the process. He did such a great job, I asked him to come back and optimize the piping (water and gas) in our utility room, which he knocked out in a day. Shane is such a great guy, and we consider him a friend and our plumber for life.

It was about 10:30 PM when I came downstairs to find water gushing out of the back of my basement toilet. Water was filling up the bathroom and the hallway outside and we needed help right away. We posted a note on a neighborhood Facebook group and someone suggested that we reach out to professional plumbing - we are very glad that we did. Shane answered the phone and agreed to come to our house immediately, even though it was very late at night. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got right to work solving the problem- a series of root balls throughout our sewer line, creating multiple blockages and causing water to back up into our bathroom. Not only did he clear all the blockages, he also showed us what he was doing each step of the way so we were well informed. In order to access our sewer without having to remove our toilet and impact our newly remodeled bathroom, Shane found our sewer clean out. It was decades old and the cap was stuck so he cut it open and give us an access panel to make any future work easier. Once the issue was resolved, he told us what we needed to do to address the situation long-term. He stayed until about 1:30 in the morning until the job was done. Shane was polite, professional, very open and transparent, and seemed to legitimately enjoy his craft. Definitely recommend!
