Called Beto over the weekend to help repair a broken shutoff valve under the bathroom sink and install a new faucet. He didn't respond to the Yelp Quote Request so I called on Sunday, scheduling later an appointment the following day. I called on Monday to confirm we were still good for the afternoon slot but he said they were running late and asked to reschedule to the next day. Next day he texted me about an hour earlier than anticipated to say they were headed over; not a big deal as we were available.

He and his crew were professional, quick, listened to concerns and finished the job, cleaning up the area to spotless condition. They did exactly what needed doing and did it well.

So scheduling was not a strong suit for them but they did the job well, which is really what you want in a plumber. Thank you Beto!

Called him to find a leak outside our home that we knew was underground. Came looked pretended to do something ended up saying there was 3 leaks underground in front of our home but didn't mark anywhere the leaks he found would be. He charged over $300 for nothing basically. Called another plumber he was able to find the one real leak and fix it.

Our toilet, shower, sinks flooded last night due to contractors working on a internet fiber optic connection. Well I didn't realize it at the time but the contractor had broken the main line at the street end. I called other plumbers but they were all busy. Professional plumbers answered and they came to my house in less than two hours. They fixed the problem and let me know what the contractor had done. He gave me a decent price and also gave me suggestions on what to do. With his advice I am starting to get the contractor to fix what they damaged as well as the damage within my home. Highly recommend these guys.

Had you have all three Handles in my shower changed out along with the Taps that hold them together they got here in less than half an hour for me calling and then another hour or so the job was done so an hour and a half I went from not being able to really turn on my shower to having a fully functioning shower again great job very professional

I called to have someone come out to service our water heater when the pilot went out and all of my troubleshooting didn't resolve anything. They picked up the phone immediately, had availability right away, and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were transparent with diagnostics, cost of repairs, and the cost/benefit of alternative solutions. When Beto couldn't find a new part for me, he found an old valve and came back to install it within just a couple hours. Even better, when he went to replace it, he found a much easier and cheaper solution for me that did not require a replacement valve. He showed skill and integrity. I will be calling them for any plumbing needs going forward!

I called about the water valve for our dishwasher and they said to send them a photo of the valve and that they could have someone out in the next hour and gave me a quote. Not only did they show up earlier than an hour (within 30 minutes), but the quote was spot on and they even stayed to look at another sink in our house about a leak and didn't charge us. They charged us exactly what was quoted and I got a receipt sent directly to my phone.

I would not call anyone else for plumbing work in the area. This should be your go-to. Absolute professionals.

Overcharged. Be very careful. They claimed they performed a sound leak detection but I never saw the equipment. And there was not any reason to do one as they found that the toilet was running. They fixed that. The whole Shaba got took 30 min and they charged me 450.
