I'm sorry to say it but I wasn't impressed with Professional Plumbing. I don't feel like they were as professional as they could've been. The man I spoke to said he would show up between 11 and 1 the next day. He showed up at around 4! I was feeling under the weather so I almost asked him not to even show up when he finally called. No apologies or anything for reaching out so much later.

I thought he was going to fix our toilet but unfortunately he wasn't able to. He used the snake tool and wasn't able to do anything. We had already done that before and it didn't work. He charged me $150 for this! He said he could remove the toilet to see if anything was under it for $600. Seriously?? The toilet isn't even worth that! We've removed toilets in the past so I guess we'll have to do this again. Between getting ready to remodel the house and waiting for company from out of town, this isn't what I wanted to deal with on a Friday afternoon.

After reading all of the positive Yelp reviews about Professional Plumbing, I expected a better experience. I can't recommend Professional Plumbing. I like the name of their business but that's about it. I'm disappointed with this transaction!

The first time we called Professional Plumbing was for a leak we had that sprang up near our water meter (on our side) at the curb. They came out quickly and made the repair very swiftly and didn't charge and arm and a leg like some of their big name competitors. A few months later, our water heater that came with the house when we bought it ruptured, and we needed a plumber again. Mainly because of the way the water heater was installed. Professional Plumbing was the first we thought of. We will call them for anything we need in the future anytime.

Called them on Saturday about a leak and they came out on Sunday to check on it, came on Monday to start the project and finished on Monday. Very professional and at a great price. Totally recommend and will be using them again in the future.

We had a plumbing emergency after our 2 small daughters flushed a lot of Clorox wipes down the toilet. They plugged up our toilet and Professional Plumbing came out the very next day (the day it happened was on Halloween) and they fixed our problem in no time at all. Definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future if we ever have another plumbing problem.

I called Professional Plumbing but the mailbox was full. Instead I took a picture of my leaky sprinkler shut off valve and texted my name, address and asked when it could be fixed along with servicing my water heater. Beto called right away and asked for an additional picture of my valve to get the right part. He came at the time I asked him to and was a little early which was great. It seemed he fixed everything in less than 20-30 minutes and was done in no time at all. Beto showed me the faulty valve part and now there are no more leaks. I have used his business in the past and will continue to do so.

It's been 16 days since I sent the photos of the bathtub work I needed.
I called on a Sunday morning, but there was no answer. The website said 24 hour service. I called later Sunday afternoon. That was when I was "told" to send photos. I expected a reply in the affirmative or negative. I guess they were to busy to get back to me. I went back to my Westside plumber. They took care of the problem.

Very Expensive. He quoted me (without looking and the job and me supplying all the parts, disposal, and water purifier (there was a water purifier installed before so all the connections were already installed)) over $1200.00 dollars for two PUSHONS to be installed (so what does that take to cut off an old pipe and pushon a new connection), REPLACE a garbage disposal, and to reconnect a water purification system. Way over board!

We had a outside copper pipe with a crack in it and the leak was getting worse each day. They responded immediately to my Yelp request and was at my house within the hour. The project was completed within 30 minutes. Leak gone. Beto was very respectful and answered all the questions we had.
