I have used Terry for all my plumbing needs at our Lake Gaston Home. The first project was a kitchen remodel and moving our water heater. The second time we used him to install an exterior shower and the last time we used him to install a sanitary line for our RV and finally he replaced both toilets in our home. Each time his service has been excellent and we will continue to use him for our plumbing needs. Wish more contractors were as responsive and reputable.

Called and left a message and had a prompt response. Mr. Terry came out and luckily was able to fix our problem quickly and on a holiday. Very reasonable pricing and friendly service. We would definitely recommend.

Terry Heath met my husband to give us a quote on re-plumbing our new kitchen renovation. He quoted us $400-$500. When he was finished with the rough in (which he installed some old and dirty, possibly re-used pvc fittings - see attached picture), he said it would be $650.00. Okay so what happened to the $400-$500 quote you gave us? Guess we shouldn't have trusted him and got his quote in writing. Then he asked us to pay $500 of the $650 after work was only half way done because he needed money in his account before going on vacation and said he would finish our job after he got back. He did finish and has been paid the other $150.00. We had a leak in our water line to the refrigerator and kitchen drain that he installed, but my husband just fixed it himself so we wouldn't have to deal with Terry again. Would not recommend!
