These guys are amazing, 2020 hit our new to us house with all the force 2020 could! They got us in sooner than we had expected 8 hours earlier and fixed the hot water heater so we could have hot water over the holiday weekend! They gave us an estimate for a new tankless water heater! I can't thank them enough. My favorite thing about them is they actually take their time to explain what is going on and give you options!! They explain without being condescending, and patiently answered all 467 of my questions!!

This company was just awesome. After dealing with the contractor that my home warranty company picked for three weeks, I finally got permission to choose my own. Professional Plumbing Solutions answered their phone right away (which made me strangely happy based on dealings with the previous company), set up an appointment in fairly short order (though it had to be bumped when I lost power to my house), and showed up ON TIME!

Michael was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and his apprentice (whose name was Christian, I believe), identified the problem instantly and had it fixed within ten minutes. Note that the issue was something that the previous company looked at and completely missed. Since I still had time left for my appointment, they did a quick assessment of the plumbing system in my home without upping the price, including labeling my master shut-off and some other important bits. And the fee for the initial visit / work was more than reasonable.

Seriously, this company was just first class all the way, and I've bookmarked their website for future work.

We had a very odd plumbing issue and had been struggling to find a plumber in our area, last minute, and been without a kitchen sink and washing machine for weeks. I called and immediately got through, was lucky and was able to get service the same day, within 30 min of the call. Mike, the plumber, had listened to our issue, looked at the pipes and was able to evaluate in minutes the issue without extensive work, high estimates, ect. He was nice, safe, friendly, quick, professional, and their rates were the best. He not only fixed our issue, but helped us for future issues as well. Definitely recommend them, and will be using them again for any future issues if needed.

We needed our grinder pump to be replaced due to a lightening strike. Everyone on Matt's staff went above and beyond! Kim in the office was so professional even when my husband snapped at her because he was so stressed. (He called her back and apologized). Our technician Mike and his apprentice Jared were amazing! This has been my second time working with Professional Plumbing. They are a fantastic company. We called after hours last night and our call was returned first thing this morning. They had someone to our house just a few hours later. He arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and gave me a 20 minute notice that he was in his way. I appreciate the profile they text you of your technician so you know who to expect at your front door. I really think this company goes above and beyond in the services they provide.

I do not recommend this company. I called and asked that a master plumber be sent to my home since the county of stafford was coming to review my water situation instead they sent a technician who did not know anything how to diagnose a water leak all he did was look at the meter and say it was moving when the water was turned off neglecting the sink hole on the county side and the fact that the neighbors had lost both their water and sewer lines on labor day. They charged me $50.00 when all companies charge nothing when they all send a master plumber. He also confused the situation by recommending things and replacement of parts that did not need replacement. Do not use this company they are dishonest. I called and asked for a refund of my check and instead they cashed it. They are very dishonest

Disclaimer... I have used PPS for jobs covering four properties, three residential homes and a church. We expected the bill to be high due to past experiences with PPS. This review covers an emergency repair 8 pm Friday 21 December.

PPS is a competent plumbing shop. This experience rates a 1 Star rating for unreasonable and outrageous pricing. All pricing was agreed to prior to the start of work. The job required changing out two ball valves on one PVC line & one PEX line after I had secured the well system. The job location was in my garage workshop with plenty of light, heat and workspace and took about 90 minutes to complete.

The $150 emergency fee is understandable due to the Friday night callout. The rest of the bill was double what this simple, straightforward job should cost. Buyer Beware... I would never use PPS as a regular plumber, only in a dire emergency as dictated by our situation.

Matt, the owner, is a stand-up guy. He contacted me after I had called the office upset. He will only be charging me the dispatch fee and is reimbursing the other charge. He said it is not standard practice to charge fees that are not agreed upon upfront (which has always been their policy) and is going to ensure that all of his technicians are well versed on this policy in the future.

Company came to my home on Sunday evening, July 22, 2018 after flooding storms to replace my sump pump. There was a $200.00 charge to come out on a weekend. There was a 4% charge if I paid with a credit card. Total cost would be $900.00. ( plus 4% for use of credit card)

I ended up buying a good quality sump pump for $160.00 and my friend installed the pump readily.
