Previously, we operated under the name Wholehearted Plumbing, led by Glenn Griffith. I was fortunate to gain plumbing expertise from him over six years. With Glenn's retirement, I purchased the company and changed its name to Professional Plumbing Solutions.

I am Mark Oswalt, a plumber with over eight years of hands-on experience. I started my journey as a musician before transitioning to plumbing. I play bass guitar, acoustic guitar, and I dabble in drums and piano. Once I started my family, I realized it was time to find a job that would support us. Thanks to my brother-in-law, I met Glenn Griffith and started riding along with him to see if plumbing was right for me. That’s where my path in plumbing began. Now, eight years later, I’ve taken over Glenn’s business following his retirement.
