The business was initially Wholehearted Plumbing, established by Glenn Griffith. I had the honor of learning the plumbing trade from him for six years. Glenn has since retired, and I acquired the business, rebranding it as Professional Plumbing Solutions.

I am Mark Oswalt, a plumber with over eight years of hands-on experience. I started my journey as a musician before transitioning to plumbing. I play bass guitar, acoustic guitar, and I dabble in drums and piano. When my family began to grow, I knew I needed a reliable source of income. My brother-in-law connected me with Glenn Griffith, and I began shadowing him to explore plumbing. That’s how my plumbing journey started. Fast forward eight years, and I’ve acquired Glenn’s business after his retirement.
