I have been using this company for the past three years when I've had issues with our office plumbing and fixtures. I have found them to be professional and thorough and to stand behind their work. There have been times they have recommended new equipment and other times where they felt it was more cost-effective to do a repair. It is so hard to find contractors you can trust and I highly recommend this company.

terrible! I called them a month ago to unclog a toilet at work. It was a Sunday so I knew it would be costly. They charged $112.50 with an hour min. I was pleasantly surprised that it was so inexpensive and effective! Although the plumber was actually pretty rude, I was so happy the problem was fixed, I didn't give it a second thought. However when I called them today it was a different story. They came tried to unclog the toilet only by snaking it, and wouldn't inspect it any further. He just said I had a terrible POS and just needed to by a new toilet. Then he charged me $270! For 15 minutes of pretty much nothing! I asked why the charge went up so much only a 2 months later. He said it was holiday hourly. I replied """"even though the hourly was the same 4112.50"""" He then said oh I mean it's a two hour minimum, that's why. I said well when I called it was only one hour, he said well whoever told you that was wrong.I had the recipet and he said that guy is new and wrong, and he was going to have to talk to him. I believe he was trying to take advantage of me. I will never ever use these people again, and you shouldn't either. And for the record I have never written a review but had to because I was absolutely horrified with this situation!

Always call these guys never a problem too big. They are on time, quick work, done properly.

Got completely ripped off - Was quoted $105 an hour. We needed our disposal and new faucet hooked up after getting a new sink. The guy was here for an hour and a half and charged us $299 - that included a $25 charge for plumbers putty. STAY AWAY from these crooks. PS - They forget to tell you they are on the clock as they drive to the job location.
