They were able to come over the same day I called. Everyone else told me I had to wait till the next day. They came over, we're very professional and then called the next day to see if everything was okay. They are my new guys. Family own company that cares about their customer. The father actually tried to help me fix the problem over the phone so he wouldn't waste my money but the problem couldn't be fixed over the phone. But the fact that he even did that speaks volumes.

Boaz and Guy have been our plumbers for about 6 years. We found them to be very professional, on time, honest and knowledgeable with their line of work. They have been able to quickly identify the problems and fix them in a timely manner. We always call Boaz and his son Guy for any plumbing problems we encounter in our home because we know that they will definitely do a great job. They have fixed our washer machine, repaired plumbing issues and upgraded old pipes when we moved to our house as well as recently upgraded our water heater the same day we contacted them and did a wonderful job. My water heater failed a few weeks ago and I didn't know who to call. I found the number for Professional Plumbing Solutions on Google and when I called, a real person answered.....no recording.....no voice mail. They sent Boaz out to take a look at my water heater and he was able to determine what I needed right away. He came back with the correct parts a half hour later and completed the job right away. The repair fee was extremely fair. Boaz was very kind and helpful and explained exactly the nature of the repair, the costs for labor and for parts. He even showed me the receipt for the parts. It looks like I found my new favorite plumbing company! These guys were quick, kind, helpful and fair. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber that they can trust.
