no no no. This is not how you run a business. My normal plumber was busy and couldn't get to me so after calling around a while I found these guys. Plumber showed up same day to snake toilet. he said he needed and outside trap which there was. he said he couldn't find it and might have to go on the roof which would be and additional $120 because he had to climb on the roof. After some convincing from me he found the clean out and it would be the original quoted price of $ 150 to snake drain which was higher than I ever paid but oh well. 3 days later my tenants call me same problem. after trying to call the tech back for 2 days with no response I called the main office and told them the situation, they did not care no warranty, she told me she could run a camera down the drain for $360 umm no thank you. called my original plumber got the job done the second time for $130. you guys suck!!!!!

Poor workmanship. Rude and unprofessional workers - don't clean up after their work. No response about concerns from owner/office. Try anyone else.

I would not recommend using this plumbing company. I called them Monday, June 13th for work that had to be completed no later than weeks end. I was told that they could not do it but could be there early Monday, June 20th. I confirmed the date and the urgency of the job. The two plumbers showed up late in the morning and then told me they could not do the job until the following Monday June 27th. The job required breaking open a small slab of concrete that they did not want to tackle. They left. Mullins plumbing company then responded immediately. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

We had an emergency need for plumber n a Saturday afternoon. The service we were given by our plumber(sorry I forgot your name) was excellent. I would recommend them if you need a plumber. I felt the price was fair, especially for a weekend call. I would use them again when I need a plumber.
