I have a rental unit that needed an upgrade to the master bedroom and bathroom. Louis the owner was very concerned with making sure he understood my vision for the project before ANYTHING was done. He made sure to address all my needs and as many of the wants that we could fit into the budget. He gave me a timeline of six weeks and did it 5 1/2. See, the tricky part of my project is that the tenants were still in the unit. PPS did an awesome job of making sure things went right and when it didn't they were quick to fix it. We were very close to staying on budget, but as you know with most renovation projects it's really difficult to know what you are up against and what changes will cost until the project is in full swing. But, the overall experience was great! Tenants were happy and they were ecstatic when they got a brand new Master Suite in exchange for the 5 1/2 weeks of discomfort and misplacement. My tenant described this new space as her ""dream bathroom"". Now, I'm going to have PPS do its magic on my own master bathroom. Very profession, affordable, quality work, easy to work with and they have great ideas to help you to solidify your vision.

PPS has been serving all of our plumbing needs for more than 8 years. They have installed new toilets and faucets, upgraded our condo plumbing and have responded immediately when there was a plumbing emergency. Just this week they rerouted a workman to fix a small issue that I couldn't deal with. I recommend the company highly for responsiveness, efficiency and expertise.

terrible service! i was ready to pay cash and i was asking is if they could come the same day as when the water was shut off but nooooo! they have to come to make an estimate and then come back a different day to do the job. all so they can double charge for the visits. all i had was a leaky faucet, not a big job at all. i couldnt believe it. i don't think i was asking too much. just someone who could do the job the same day when the water was shut off and i was ready to pay cash. terrible...

I hired them to replace the water and drain lines for my house. Big mistake. Price was good but you get what you pay for. pipe support was made by smashing a copper pipe and wedging it between the floor joists. they had the vent line coming out of the outer wall by cutting a 4"" oval hole for a 2"" round pipe. I ended up hiring another plumbing contractor to finish the job.

Nothing but professional. Did not finish the job and said would come back the next day to finish. Scheduled to come at 12:00 on Friday. Did not come. We called the office many many times and nobody answered the phone. Nobody called us for the entire weekend and next Monday. We had a dishwasher sitting in the middle of our kitchen! Highly Unprofessional. Be aware of their charges too -- they charged much more than their quote.

We had a bathroom remodel done and these guys were terrible. We had a hard time getting them to show up and when they did, the work was incorrect. None of the plumbers seemed to know what the plan was. We ended up getting another company to come in and fix the mistakes and complete the work. Very poor attention to detail and seemed to disregard our instructions. Using them was a big mistake on our part.

We own a condominium investment property and we needed to replace our tiles surrounding the tub in order to prevent leakage from other units and also replace sink in the bathroom. The company was recommend from our resident manager. However, were were very dissatisfied with the service from Louis, owner of the company. It took a period of 10 months to complete a partial bathroom renovation. We had to email him on several occasions to follow-up on a door that was incorrectly measured and had to wait for the other panel of the shower door to arrive. Also the fixtures ordered didn't match with the other fixtures. I don't understand how I needed to wait for 10 months for the order to be completed. We spent $9000, a great amount of our hard earned income, and we were very dissatisfied with the service and follow-through with this company. Although the work was performed, their service was not worth it! A house can be built in 10 months..... Victoria V.

I've used this company in three different condos over the last 8 years. Service has been great most of the time and the couple of times I wasn't satisfied with something, the owner made sure things were fixed to my satisfaction asap. No one gets it right the first time all the time, but so far Professional Plumbing has gotten it right in the end every single time.
