I would never use PPS again, nor recommend them to anyone. I still have holes in my drywall, but I recognize this is not their expertise. But they should not be leaving behind a dirty work area or pieces of pipe for me to dispose of. They moved things without asking and then left them, including on the floor when they left. They missed a problem in remedying a leak which necessitates a second, longer call. Don't use PPS!

Fill valve had to be replaced. Their plumber came and was very unprofessional in demeanor and look. He tried to oversell by stating that the whole toilet need to be removed and it will take about 3 hours just to replace a fill valve. At $ 122 an hour, he said it would cost about $400. I told him thats too much and he took his time to leave. I called another plumbing company, CJ plumbing and they were very professional and knowledgable and honest. It took them only 10 minutes to replace the valve and even checked other parts too. Professional plumbing services was dishonest, wanted to charge whopping $400, 3 hours work for 10 mi utes job. Not professional at all.

We used Professional Plumbing Services for a bathroom renovation in our old (1930s) home. Louis was professional, communicative, and easy to work with. The job had several facets - demolition, tiling, installation of new sink and cabinets, etc. As the contractor, Louis was impressive about following through and following up throughout this 6-week project. He was always reachable and polite and respectful in all interactions. His team (plumbers, tiler, etc) was also solid; we appreciated their good work and care for all aspects of the project. We'd recommend PPS for plumbing work and/or renovations.

Louis of PPS quote on the tub to shower conversion, was competitive, and the end result was a quality job. However, his adherence to a work schedule and timeliness was unacceptable, at almost 4 weeks. Some scheduled work days, no one from PPS showed up, and one time, the door to the unit was left wide open. As this is for a rental unit, the tenant was significantly inconvenienced. I have a rental unit that needed an upgrade to the master bedroom and bathroom. Louis the owner was very concerned with making sure he understood my vision for the project before ANYTHING was done. He made sure to address all my needs and as many of the wants that we could fit into the budget. He gave me a timeline of six weeks and did it 5 1/2. See, the tricky part of my project is that the tenants were still in the unit. PPS did an awesome job of making sure things went right and when it didn't they were quick to fix it. We were very close to staying on budget, but as you know with most renovation projects it's really difficult to know what you are up against and what changes will cost until the project is in full swing. But, the overall experience was great! Tenants were happy and they were ecstatic when they got a brand new Master Suite in exchange for the 5 1/2 weeks of discomfort and misplacement. My tenant described this new space as her ""dream bathroom"". Now, I'm going to have PPS do its magic on my own master bathroom. Very profession, affordable, quality work, easy to work with and they have great ideas to help you to solidify your vision.
