We were having trouble with our AO Smith water heater. The pilot would not stay lit. After 4 phone calls to AO (different diagnoses) they finally told me to call this company. Wayne came on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem right away. His wife, Susie, was so nice on the phone and kept us in constant communication. I will definitely keep them in mind for future issues (hopefully no more with the tank!) Thanks Wayne for a great experience!

I called 3 weeks ago to have someone come out to fix my hot water tank. I kept getting the run around. ""I will be there this weekend"" never showed, tried to call and the guy was suppose to call me back, never did. I have had the run around and NEVER got it fixed by them. I did it myself. I got it lit and got a new part for it. I shouldn't have to be doing this because someone doesn't want to fix my hot water tank. Will never call them again. If I could give them the lowest rating of a zero I would!

The dude, Wayne, talks a good game if you can get him on the phone. When that happens, he will ask you for money. If you give him any money ahead of time (like for parts) you'll never see him again. I have four telephone numbers and an email for this ""Professional"" Plumbing Service. Worked those contacts but he ghosted me. Enjoy my money Wayne.

I was referred to this company through AO Smith warranty and called and had set up an appointment between 11:00am- 1:00pm. waited three hours and never showed up. I call back the following day asking why they never showed up and did not even call to say they were not coming.
His response was very ignorant and said it was my fault for not calling him. and told me to find another plumber. you don't have to say no more. you will get a bad review and will be sure to never recommend

This place is a joke. If I would have read the reviews prior I would not have never contacted them. Joe came out for an evaluation on my combination boiler, charged me $120 and then him and his dad Wayne were like ghosts. Wayne only texts and continued for over 1 month to tell me he was gonna come the following week. He never showed. This company is not a trustworthy company. I have wasted so much time and my problem still is not fixed. Please do not consider them for your job.

Joe came to my home, charged me $120 for an 'evaluation'. Was too busy to do any actual work that day. He fell off the face of the earth for a while then contacted me to schedule a time to come back to my house.

The appointment was for 8:30 AM and I took off work to be there. Throughout the day I received a couple of texts delaying his arrival and a phone call apologizing but guaranteeing that at some point he would arrive.

That was 3 days ago and I haven't heard from them since. He never did show up.

They mean well but grossly over promise. I don't think they intentionally mean to cheat anyone but I lost a whole day of work and paid the evaluation fee and have nothing to show for it.

This company is not trustworthy. Unless you enjoy torturing yourself, call someone else!

I reached out to Professional Plumbing Services when my water heater started leaking water all of a sudden one day (12 yr old water heater). Wayne was a pleasure to work with during the entire process. He showed me pictures of tankless water heaters he was working on when he came over on a Saturday morning to replace my water heater. He was extremely professional, tidy, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He even provided a great deal of information on how to properly maintain the water heater. He stayed a little bit later to take out and reinstall a loose drain valve on the new unit (probably just bumped loose at some point in storage / transit). I was very happy with the service Wayne provided and would definitely use / recommend him in the future for any tankless / standard water heater installation / replacement.

Lady name Suzy who answers the phone call is very sweet on the phone but extremely unreliable. They booked my order and never showed up for the job. Unprofessional company, I suggest not to rely on them.

This is a terrible family company. The father is the owner, the son works with the father and the mom is the secretary. We got a water heather there and after less than 2 years the water heather started giving us problems, the pilot won't stay lit. We called them to help us and the son came and replaced one part and said if we had the same problem again he would come back and change 2 other parts that would cover any problem without any extra charge. Well, few weeks later we had the same problem again. I called the company and the secretary, the mom, said they would order the other 2 parts so they could fix it. We waited 1 week and called again, they said they were still waiting for the parts. In the mean time we got one of the parts in the mail that came directly from the manufacture and we told the mom we had the part at home but she said they wanted to wait for both parts. We called few days later and the dad said the parts were in Butler, PA which is 1 hour from Pittsburgh and they should be getting in the mail the next day. Few days again and they're still waiting for the parts, I was told. We took cold showers for about 1 month, I was glad it was summer. After few more days we called again and they said they would call us the next day to let us know what time they would come. They didn't call, they didn't come as promised. When they finally called days later the son said he would charge us extra money because they went through a lot trying to get the parts while we had one of the parts at home the whole time. I said I told them we already had one of the parts at home ( I told his mom I had one of the parts several times, didn't she tell him?) the son called me a liar in the phone. Also that extra charge would cover for the all the inconvenient calls I made to their office. He was very rude in the phone almost screaming. Run from this company or you'll have a headache and be called a liar.

Lost for words. I purchased a Waterheater tank from Lowe's w/ a 6 year warranty. That was 1/6/2018. Now it's December. The tank not heating the water. I was referred them from the warranty company. Called on a Friday evening. Everything is going good say they'll try to fit us in on Saturday but if not Monday it will be. Ok understandable. Monday comes I get a text ""Are u available Tuesday ?around noon?"" Yes. "" Ok see u then. Noon goes by. It's 1:30. I text him what's the timeline looking like. I get back ""4pm."" Now it 5:15 still no plumber. I gave him til 7pm. I called and left a message to cancel my service.
Stay Away!!!!!!!! Very disappointing
