Bill and his wife did a great job. They were on time, professional, explained everything, and even showed us video footage of our ducts! They also went above and beyond by repairing some duct holes, and creating a custom washable filter for our furnace vent, all at NO EXTRA CHARGE!!! :)

After seeing this company on Yelp, I went to look at the website. The website was very clear about the services they provided, with the phone number of the home page.

Called to get our heating vents cleaned. We just bought our house, and could smell things when the heating started. Not a nice smell either.

Bill was busy all week, but offered to come on Saturday morning.

They were great about explained what was taking place, cleaned every vent, did some small repairs, and were very careful about not bringing dirt into the house.

I learned so much from Bill, I headed to Home Depot to pick up materials to improve our heating. Bill is very knowledgeable, and does not hesitate to provide it freely.

If there was a Visa commercial for service providers, Bill and Carol would be in the ""priceless"" category.

On the basis of five positive reviews in Google+ and three in Yelp, I called Professional Building Maintenance to examine the air ducts in my home. A family owned business of many years, PBM provides air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and electrostatic filters. The owners, Bill and Carol, came to my home the day after i called to do the inspection. Free of charge, the initial inspection revealed that although the filter needed cleaning, the ducts were clean and needed no further attention. The dryer duct was also found to be functioning at peak performance level. I was greatly impressed by the couple's competence and honesty. I also appreciated the tips Bill gave me on how to take care of the filter and how to equalize the heat throughout the house. I would not hesitate to call on PBM for future duct work and whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone in need of the services they provide.

My HVAC system is about 20 years old, I thought it a good time for a lookie loo and a cleaning. Bill and Carol arrived on time, were very thorough in explaining what they'd be doing, showed me the video of the inside of my ducts, and did a fabulous job. They went the extra mile by fishing out an astounding amount of toys that the last family's kids apparently shoved into one of the ducts, and they threw in dryer vent cleaning for free. Very fairly priced for the value of the service. And they're nice people to be around! Couldn't recommend them more highly....

This morning Bill Anker of Professional Building Maintenance answered a message I had left last night about having my dryer vent cleaned ASAP. My dryer had been repaired and I was under orders not to use it until the vent was cleaned. First let me say that of three companies I left messages for they are the only one that got around to calling this morning. He and his wife, Carol, arrived on time and set to work. The job turned out to be much more involved than originally thought. Bill even went under my house to determine the origin of the problem, and believe me that was above and beyond. They got the job finished and insisted that the charge would remain the same. I can't say enough good things about this locally owned family business.
