Very unprofessional. Was quoted one price and it nearly doubled when I asked to have my fridge connection with a shut off valve, but they didn't tell me till after the work when I got the doubles up bill. They also didn't do all the work that was listed on the invoice and the owner, Gary, said he would ""owe"" me that completion and was rude from start to finish. I would never hire them again. Horrible

Unprofessional! Came into my house without shoe covers. Rude workers. Hung up on my home warranty company & then couldn't remember working on my house. Possibly because they were ""hung over"" as they stated. Didn't tighten the hose from my dishwasher to my garbage disposal after replacing it causing water to soak under my sink and gaping of my hardwood floors. Soaking into the basement, ceiling now requires fixing & destroyed fireplace. Rude & aggressive when they came back out to reconnect tubing. Continuing to fight to get damage fixed. This company should NOT be in business, or hire workers that are professional. I would not ever recommend this company. Save yourself the hassle & hire real PROFESSIONALS.

Very unprofessional. Did unnecessary work. Owner was never at site and quoted my husband various prices for same job during the same conversation - and ultimately increased the cost by $3,000 by the end of the conversation. Left a mess. Dragged dirt throughout our house and left marks on our doors. Would suggest that no one hire them.

They did a great job, it was fast and in a fair price. Came earlier than I expected and had professional manners. Definitely, I recommend this plumbing company.

This place is great. Bryan is the most professional installation Tech ever. Definitely try these guys, you won't be disappointed. A+++

I called to make an appointment to get a plumbing inspection on a auction house that I was looking to buy. I live out-of-state, so I was not present for the inspection but my real estate agent and sister-in-law were present.
I asked for a dye test which he quoted $135 and an air compression test and sewer camera test, which he told me would be around $300.
They arrived on time and completed the inspection. They were not able to do the sewera camera test because they did not have the proper equipment.
I got a phone call the next day, by one of the supervisors who wanted to discuss payment. He said that he was going to charge me $435. I informed him that they were not able to do the sewer camera test, which he was not aware. He said that he still need to charge a $50 attempt fee. I also asked him to send the report, which they had not done yet. He said that he would talk to the plumber who was at the work site to confirm pricing.
About four hours later, I noticed that my credit card was charged $435, without hearing back from him and without received a report. I called the supervisor and he has still not talked the plumber who did the work. I also asked about the $20 coupon on his website for any work over $100. He flat out told me that there was no such coupon on his website and I was mistaken. There is under the special offer section of helpmegary.com.
So bascially, he charged me the full price even though they did not do 1/3 of the inspection. He did not honor the $20 coupon that he did not even know was on his website and he charged my credit card without sending me a report or confirming with the plumber what was actually done during the inspection. There are definitely more professional plumbers and honest out there.

Our cast-iron sewer pipe had an intermittent leak at a joint. The pipe is located in our garage and is aboveground. Three contractors gave us estimates to repair the leak, one for $1,300, one for $1,000, and another for $300. The lowest estimate was from Professional Plumbing & Heating. I was wary of going with the lowest bid given the large range of estimates, so I searched online for reviews. The few online reviews I found were negative, so I checked Angie's List, which gave Professional Plumbing & Heating an A rating. After we hired them, they replaced the leaking section of pipe with a plastic pipe in August 2012. We've had no problems since. I would definitely call this company again.

The ""Professional Plumbing"" slogan is ""Our name says it all"" WHAT A FARCE!!!
You would expect true ""PROFESSIONALS"" to do a job right and to stand by their work and correct it if needed to make things right--but this is NOT the policy of Professional Plumbing & Htg.
Two months ago, they replaced the sewer plastic pipe and one way valve between the sewer pump and our basement wall which previously had developed a small leak . Three days later the one way valve just popped off the pipe and the sewage flooded the basement floor. We called and they ""fixed it"" for free. But now, on a Saturday morning, the same thing happened again. We called, the operator named Paul was very inpatient when he heard it was a problem with their previous work, starting to say they have to charge us for different kind of fees, before we had chance to speek again, he just hung up on us. We then had to call back and complain, finally the boss, Gary Kicinski, talked to us with a belligerent attitude and states he has to charge us an emergency service fee. He admitted that the previous job was NOT DONE CORRECTLY (he said they should have put more support clamps on the valve and adjacent pipe) but now he insisted to charge us an emergency service fee on top of the service fee and the clamps , otherwise he will not send any plumber out to our house. We felt that they should not charge the emergency fee since if they had done the job correctly on the first two times, we would not be dealing with the sewage flooding flooding the basement again. But he just decided that he will not send any one to fix it at all.
So, ""Professional Plumbing and Heating"" is truly not PROFESSIONAL, if by professional you expect a job to be done correctly and for them to stand by their work. Instead they did the job incorrectly twice and then wanted to charge an emergency fee to correct it on the third time.
