Very displeased. This company made an unauthorized credit card charge belonging to my 86-yr. old mother given to them by a legally blind 93-yr. old companion. He could not read the blurry red carbon copy to see they charged $667.00 for a simple garbage disposal and toilet leak check. The tech was there 1 hr. When trying to appeal to the Manager, it was met with no consideration for a reduction in fee--not even nominally for good customer relations. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As another reviewer notes, I also wish it were possible to give a minus 10 rating for preying on the elderly.

I cancelled my appointment with this company after dealing with 2 unpleasant people working for the company. I called the number for the company which was advertised on the internet and """"Brad"""" straight up hung up on me when I said I was calling regarding an appointment that I made. I thought hmmm it must have been a mistake..... I called back and he shouted a phone number at me and then hung up. I was in complete dismay that """"Brad"""" would represent his company in such a way. I will not be using this company now and I am appalled that they would allow someone so rude to have access to a phone that customers may call.

My go to, no nonsense plumber this time they crawled under the house to fix a leak and replaced a 20+yr old water heater. They were on time and got all the work done in 3.5hrs. A little pricey but worth it for the level of service.

Some neighbors on our block had problems with their cast iron drains and I thought I'd get ours scoped so I called the plumbing company we had been using for a few years. The tech. that came out told us our drain pipe might last for a few more weeks but that it was in serious shape. He took the video back to the shop and they sent me an estimate that said I needed to get our entire drainage system replaced because of broken pipes, leaks, etc. I called Professional Plumbing and their tech. told us our drains where ok, no breaks or leaks. He recommended that we had them hydro jetted as there was a good amount of scale on the pipes. We scheduled this service and they came out to jet our drain lines. Afterward we were told that our drains were clean, the scaling was removed and we were good. The tech. left us a video so we were able to compare before and after and the difference is remarkable. All of the workers were very friendly and professional, they showed up on time, did the work in as unobtrusive manner as possible, the cost was fair and everything was done well. I'd recommend Professional Plumbing to anyone.
