Would NOT recommend Nolan. He is rude, tries to bully you, and immediately quotes a higher price than you were given. Inaccurate placement of the pipes, and a lot of attitude about his error. They do show up on time, I'll give him that.

I cancelled my appointment with this company after dealing with 2 unpleasant people working for the company. I called the number for the company which was advertised on the internet and """"Brad"""" straight up hung up on me when I said I was calling regarding an appointment that I made. I thought hmmm it must have been a mistake..... I called back and he shouted a phone number at me and then hung up. I was in complete dismay that """"Brad"""" would represent his company in such a way. I will not be using this company now and I am appalled that they would allow someone so rude to have access to a phone that customers may call.

We have used the services of Professional Plumbing on several occasions. They have fixed water main leaks at our office. Re-Piped one of my rental properties as well as cleared drains at our home. They have always been timely and friendly. One of the things that made me comfortable using them was the fact that all of their employees are background checked. Some piece of mind for me and my family. I would highly recommend Professional Plumbing.

Very displeased. This company made an unauthorized credit card charge belonging to my 86-yr. old mother given to them by a legally blind 93-yr. old companion. He could not read the blurry red carbon copy to see they charged $667.00 for a simple garbage disposal and toilet leak check. The tech was there 1 hr. When trying to appeal to the Manager, it was met with no consideration for a reduction in fee--not even nominally for good customer relations. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As another reviewer notes, I also wish it were possible to give a minus 10 rating for preying on the elderly.

I had an appointment time set for today from 2-4. At 4:05 they hadn't showed up or called so I called the office. I spoke with Stephanie and she told me they are running late and she will call me right back to let me know when to expect someone. It is now 4:50 and I stilll haven't heard anything from Stephanie or one of the plumbers. I can't rate their work because they never showed but their customer service is lacking.
