Our team has experienced many ups and downs over the years, but we remains to ensuring our customers happy and providing unmatched customer service.
Our company expanded to fourteen plumbers, only to find we had lost touch with our customers. So, we downsized to 6 trucks, and now much more content, and our customers are as well. We aren't the biggest plumbing company, but rather the best.
Having spent several years working for various companies, I decided to launch Professional Plumbing based on three values: first, delivering the best customer service; second, utilizing only good quality materials and doing the job correctly; and third, offering fair and reasonable prices. With over 20 years in the business, we continue to uphold these values, which is why we have so many dedicated customers.

Kiyo N..Called Professional Plumbing for plugged bathtub and shower drain.Vince called to see if it was OK to come earlier than scheduled . He was courteous, friendly and professional. He also remembered coming out a few years ago. He gave an estimate of what the possible costs would be, depending on where the stoppage was located.

He worked really fast and was done in under an hour. Not only is the quality of Professional Plumbing great, but the price is also super reasonable. I had him at my house again today to work on some shower/tub fixtures. My house is older and therefore things can be challenging to repair/replace. Nick knew exactly what to buy and exactly what to do. This was no 20-minute thing. It involved sawing, welding, etc. End result: beautiful, updated, easy to use fixtures! And bonus, Nick left my house spotless. I can't say enough good things about how amazing Nick is. Ryan C.John was extremely helpful, responsive, and kind. We had an issue with the water line connecting to our bathroom sink, and another issue with a corroded cartridge pipe in our bathroom shower. Old apartment problems. He was able to quickly fix both issues and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Kat L.I had a leak in my plumbing and Liz was able to help me out, same day, within the hour! Jon gave me a call before he came to make sure our schedules lined up. He came and looked at problem and immediately knew what to do. He even pointed out parts of the pipe that would need repairs in the future. He told me that it would be a better value to get the entire pipe fixed, rather than waiting, as it would be more expensive in the long run. Overall, very satisfied with the speed and knowledge that Professional Plumbing was able to provide. Very grateful that they were available to come on the same day!
