I've been having some issues with my toilet for a while and finally had to call a plumber. I also needed a vent fixed on my water heater.
I called these guys first , they came out for a free estimate , and I said let's do the work.
Mark was very friendly and had everything he needed in his truck. He completed the job , was clean , and was done in a couple of hours.
The toilet works great and the vent is attached to the water heater!
As far as the prices, I didn't shop around as I just wanted it done.
Thanks guys. I definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Mom had a problem with two of her toilets in the house and at the age of 83 you're skeptical on who's going to be going in her home and what they're going to try and sell her.

I gotten touch with Jay and he said he would be in touch with her and get her taken care of. He did so and I had somebody else the same day.

Mom said the technician that went to her house was so polite and took care of problems immediately. One part to be ordered and he would be back the next day and did so.

I would recommend professional plumbing anytime.

Professional Plumbing was the 8th plumbing company that I had called to have someone come out and take a look at our clogged drain. And, they were the first company that answered the phone and scheduled someone to come out a few hours later. I didn't even hear back from most of the other companies that I had contacted previously.

I was very impressed with how quickly they came and that they were on time (a little early, actually and they called to see if it was okay). Oscar and another guy came and they did a fantastic job. Oscar explained what they would do and quoted a price before starting. It turned out to be more complicated which he had said was a possibility. At each stage, he came in and explained what additional work was needed and the price. They had most of the equipment needed but had to run back to their shop in FV to get a bigger machine to remove all the tree roots from our drain. They returned in a timely fashion to finish.

I have had a hard time finding plumbers that are responsive and willing to take smaller jobs. Oscar even gave me estimates on a couple of upcoming plumbing projects before leaving. The rates seem reasonable and they stand behind their work. This is now the plumbing company that I will be calling for future plumbing work.

We have an upstairs bathroom double vanity sinks clogged for months. A while back I hurt my knee so I cannot do much about it. I called more than 3 plumbers with good reviews on yelp and they are either too busy to come or charges $$. one company offer a coupon price but charge $39 to get an estimate, I thought I would have them try, it's just clogged sinks, no big deal. Their technician came out, did 10 minutes work with his snake tool, could not get it to go down the vertical pipe and said he would need to open the drywall in order to clear the clog and install a clean-out for future use. He called his office and the estimate came back for a shocking $975. I paid him the $39 and decided to send request for quote on yelp.

William at Professional Plumbing responded within an hour and gave a most reasonable estimate. He also said they may not need to open the drywall to clear such clog. So I scheduled them first thing the next day. Vince from their office called at 8:30am (the scheduled block of time) and said he will be there around 9am. Sure he was, on time. He checked the sinks, cleared up work area, get plastic bags to line the bathroom floor, brought his tools upstairs, communicated clearly that he will try an hour with the agreed quote. If he cannot do it then I can decide to stop or continue with additional cost. He then get to work, not waste time answering my curious questions, tried to get the snake to go down the vertical pipe and he did on his 3rd try. After I thought he cleared the clog, he didn't stop. He started to test the other sinks to make sure that all drainage in the house works after he cleared the upstairs clog. Within 40 minutes he finished the work. I think Vince from Professional Plumbing did an excellent job. He was on time, communicate very clearly his procedure, very professional, courteous, friendly, efficient (did not waste time) and experienced. We are very happy with his work and will definitely recommend Professional Plumbing!

Thank you for saving my weekend! Needed a gas line hooked up for a grill in a pinch when another plumber stood me up and Professional Plumbing came through for me and did a fantastic job! Crew was professional, courteous, and personable. Would definitely recommend!

Professional Plumbing is excellent, they quickly provided me with a quote and scheduled my appointment the same day. My plumber Chris came out the next day and fixed my plumbing issues. My mom need a plumber ASAP on 3/13/19. She called Professional Plumbing. She told Jay about the bad leak she had coming from under the step in her back yard, this was after 5pm. He sent Kris out immediately. Kris came out, assessed the problem, gave my mom the best way to fix the problem, and quoted her a VERY fair price. Kris came back the next morning.
