Chris was great and reasonable, he gave me different options that went along with my budget. There was no pressure from him to get his services, he said I can get a few and he wouldn't mind. In the end I chose him for his budget friendly approach and great work he did. He replaced the ball valve and put in a PVC adapter so that the leaking would stop. Came with a one year warranty, good to know, that just tells you that they stand behind their work.

Chris was the plumber who came to our house to install a couple of new faucets and to repair another that was dripping. The installation and repair were performed quickly, seamlessly, and at a reasonable price. We are planning to replace a couple of old kitchen faucets and we are planning to have Chris come back for that next Job.

I just moved into my new house and I had appliances being installed. Well my washer and dryer was not installed based on the recommendation of the installers. He said I needed a larger drain pan for my washer and he did not install those. I looked on Yelp and I found Chris. I set up the appointment/quote. Chris came out and took 1 look and said no problem. Chris took the new pan I purchased and created a new opening on it to get a flush fit. During this installation he found the pipe was installed correctly and would've led to a leak and water damage. Not only did he replace the pipe he made sure it was glued tight and secure. The whole job took maybe 25 to 35 mins tops. When it was all said and done he didnt charge me a cent more for the pipe he fixed. Not only was Chris professional he was courteous, informative and a great person to talk to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services and will call him anytime I need anything done plumbing wise. Thank You.

A previous plumber, when installing our new water softener arranged the pipes so that soft water was going into our irrigation, which is not great for the plants. I reached out to several plumbers to help re-install the pipes so that soft water was entering our home, but un-softened water was going into the irrigation lines. Chris responded quickly to my request, and after looking at a picture of the area was able to give me a quote over the phone and arranged an appointment on the same day.

He arrived on time and did an excellent job and re-arranging the pipes the way I needed them. He also was very open to explaining what he was going to do and why he did it, as well as giving me suggestions on how to maintain the setup I had. Chris and Professional Plumbing will be the first people I call when I'm having other plumbing issues.

It's said professional but customer service is not, I called to see if I can get an estimate or someone can come out to my home ASAP the lady that answer sounded like if you make an appointment we can come out we're too busy to ask question regarding the emergency

I cannot say enough about Chris and Professional Plumbing Inc. I requested a quote via yelp, and from Chris' first response, I found him to be informative, knowledgeable, and very honest. I sent pics of what I felt needed to be done for a tub to shower remodel, and Chris took the time to answer every question I had. He arrived when he said he would, assessed the situation and provided a solid set of options for me to decide on. Once I had decided on the route I wanted to take, Chris returned to my house and started working. Talk about Customer Service (a lost skill these days) Chris was very thoughtful and made sure to clean his feet upon entering the house and before leaving the bathroom, and treated my family and I very courteously. His work is very clean and he took the time to explain what he did and why he did it. Chris is a true craftsman. And yes, I sat and watched everything he did... it was like taking a class. Very informative, interesting, and like watching a true professional at his craft.

Hands down the best customer service we have ever received in the 7 years of being in my home. I sent professional Plumbing a message and got a response within 10 minutes, Chris came out to assess my fire pit to see if I could get a bigger flame from it, he showed up on time and dig up the pit down to the gas lines and in 95 degree heat, he even went ahead and checked the gas levels without asking for a payment, he went above and beyond to figure my fire pit issue and only ended up charging me for an hour worth of work, though he couldn't get the pit to the level we wanted he did clean out the gas lines which gave a little bit of a larger flame and told me my options on getting the pit where I might want it. About a week after coming out to work on my fire pit I had to give him a call because there was not hot water do to the pilot going out, he came out same day and ran test and found there was nothing wrong with the water heater we just had to much clutter (recycles) around the water heater and need to give it some air so the heater could flow freely, when he could've easily charged us for coming out to run the testing he didn't charge for anything and said no it all about customer service. He didn't take advantage of the situation just to make a buck, he even gave recommendations on going tankless in the future and advice on hard water in our area. He was honest and very sincere about his work and goes above and beyond for his customers. I'd recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber.
