This was our second time using Professional Plumbing. This time the service was poor. Tim came on 5/3 to give an estimate for replacing a Bathtub. He took measurements and said he would email me the estimate the next day. I still have not received the estimate

I had Chris come out to address my concern with a patio gas leak, based on his assessment, he recommended cutting and capping the lines to prevent future issues.

Communication between his main office and Chris was on point and he showed up ahead of schedule. Great service, honest people, and I will do business with them in the future.

After reading the Yelp reviews I decided to call Professional Plumbing for my clogged toilet and shower in my master bedroom. I called and Liz answered and took my info down and gave me a time frame on when Chris (plumber) would be calling me back. It was well within the time frame and he told me he would be at my house within 30 minutes. I was at work so my adult son opened the door for Chris who then after inspecting my restroom he called me and gave me an estimate which was reasonable and fair. An hour later Chris calls me and tells me he already unclogged my restroom and replaced the wax ring as well. I highly recommend Professional Plumbing!!!

Where do I even begin? I had Tim out last week to fix a slab leak. He's an artist and I couldn't be happier with the job he did. This week I had Chris and Spencer out to fix a garbage disposal and install two new shower/bath kits. These are guys are great! If you need an honest plumber, call these guys!

FAIR, FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE. Tim saved us today! First time homeowners so we're new to having unexpected emergencies. While having a family gathering for Easter today we noticed water flowing from the bathroom. Went outside and water was flowing from beneath the house too! Didn't have a clue what to do. Called Professional Plumbing and Tim was at the house within an hour. He diagnosed the problem quickly, (clogged sewer pipes), and had it fixed in no time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We have used Professional Plumbing IE several times and I can't tell you enough how much we appreciate Chris! He's approachable, HONEST and cares about his customers! Just an all around amazing guy. We need more of him in our lives. So glad he's training his son Spencer to be in the business also. If we ever move I would seriously pay for him to come and wouldn't ever use anyone else. p.s. He changed our water heater, fixed a slab leak and changed all the valves in the sinks and toilets!
