Every once in a blue moon you meet someone who renews your faith in humanity. I had an emergency leak in my bathroom tonight. My plumbing issues always come late at night and near or on the weekends. I'm just a lucky gal that way lol. I called a few places and one guy said that since it was an emergency there is a minimum charge of $250 for just coming out there. I told him I had $314 in my account lol. The covid economy has been tough on most people. I joked that I could pay some now and some later and he knows I'd be good for it because he knows where I live. He laughed and asked me what I do for a living and I said I was a teacher. He said his mom was a teacher and she is now retired. His employee came and fixed the leak. He told me the total would come out to $475. I started calculating how I would pay, and how many meals I could miss to make up for it. Ramen anyone? Lol He then grinned and said I'm kidding it's zero dollars! I about near cried! Thank you so much Jay from professional plumbers! You are amazing and I'm going to sing and write your praises wherever I go! Bless you!

I can't say how their work is as I called them 2 times. The first time I was left on hold so long I hung up. The second time I was told someone would call me back. Never happened.

My toilet flooded and I needed to get an appointment set up. I tried contacting four different companies and Professional Plumbing had the quickest response. They were very quick to answer my questions and set up an appointment for the following morning. Oscar, the repairman, was very prompt and called ahead to give me an estimated arrival time.

He looked into what was causing the problem and gave me suggestions for how I could resolve and prevent other issues in the future. He was very professional and quickly fixed what was causing the backflow.

Please stay away from these guys. They run a bait and switch business. We have a leak from the toilet upstairs, so I called these guys through Yelp. The plumber Vince shows up on day 1 and without even moving the toilet, he concludes it's the seal that needs to be replaced. After he replaced the seal, the leak got worse. He says the problem is with the connector to the drain, and that he would have to come back the next day to cut and replace it with a new part. He either didn't have the basic skills to find out the first time or he was just dragging it to charge as much as possible. On top of all this, he bumps up the estimate by $100 bucks the next day and shows up 45 minutes late. I politely told him I don't need his services.

Save your time and find another reputed plumbing company. Our experience was very bad with these guys.
