I noticed sewage overflow in my front yard planter Sunday evening and knew the main line was blocked. I called this company based on strength of Yelp reviews alone, not having a ""go to"" plumber. I did not want to deal with the matter on Sunday evening and asked if they could have a guy out first thing Monday morning (today). First thing in the morning as promised, Mark shows up and procedes to do battle with a stubborn root ball in the main line, and eventually pulls out the troublesome mass of nastiness. Afterwards he cleans up the mess, including the mulch that was fouled by the sewage, and leaves the place nicer than he found it. I was very pleased with these guys and now have my go to plumbing company.

The toilet in our guest bathroom started teeter-tottering because the bolts affixing it to the ground had rusted out. We called Professional Plumbing and they were able to show up the next day, right on time.

Nick showed up and looked the situation over. He warned that if the flange - the part of the drainage system under the house, which the toilet bolts into - was rusted out, it could get hairy.

It turned out that the flange was fine, but the contractor who remodeled the bathroom for us a couple years ago put in a thick layer of floor tiles. As a result, the wax seal under the toilet was not thick enough, and water had gotten onto the bolts and rusted those out.

Nick figured out a great fix and got it done in about half an hour. He explained what had happened, how he fixed it, and showed us what he'd done. He was friendly, polite, and efficient - and our dog loved him. We will definitely be calling this company for any future plumbing needs.

Not only that, the price was very reasonable.

Called this company to help me out with an issue we had under the kitchen sink. Scheduled with them one day before and asked if I could have a morning appointment. I asked for 8:30am and on the following day, they where there on time. Love punctual company's.

Oscar the tech who arrived to take care of this job was nice, polite and very professional. He took care of the job and my customer was happy.

I forgot to mention that I'm a General Contractor and when you find a good sub to work with you keep them.

We have an upstairs bathroom double vanity sinks clogged for months. A while back I hurt my knee so I cannot do much about it. I called more than 3 plumbers with good reviews on yelp and they are either too busy to come or charges $$. one company offer a coupon price but charge $39 to get an estimate, I thought I would have them try, it's just clogged sinks, no big deal. Their technician came out, did 10 minutes work with his snake tool, could not get it to go down the vertical pipe and said he would need to open the drywall in order to clear the clog and install a clean-out for future use. He called his office and the estimate came back for a shocking $975. I paid him the $39 and decided to send request for quote on yelp.

William at Professional Plumbing responded within an hour and gave a most reasonable estimate. He also said they may not need to open the drywall to clear such clog. So I scheduled them first thing the next day. Vince from their office called at 8:30am (the scheduled block of time) and said he will be there around 9am. Sure he was, on time. He checked the sinks, cleared up work area, get plastic bags to line the bathroom floor, brought his tools upstairs, communicated clearly that he will try an hour with the agreed quote. If he cannot do it then I can decide to stop or continue with additional cost. He then get to work, not waste time answering my curious questions, tried to get the snake to go down the vertical pipe and he did on his 3rd try. After I thought he cleared the clog, he didn't stop. He started to test the other sinks to make sure that all drainage in the house works after he cleared the upstairs clog. Within 40 minutes he finished the work. I think Vince from Professional Plumbing did an excellent job. He was on time, communicate very clearly his procedure, very professional, courteous, friendly, efficient (did not waste time) and experienced. We are very happy with his work and will definitely recommend Professional Plumbing!
