I called this company to fix 2 toilets which were running frequently. One was fixed, but the guy who was here said he couldn't figure out what was wrong with the other, but discovered the toilet needed to be reset, which he did. If he'd have stopped trying to chat so much, maybe he could have fixed it. Apparently, I was charged for his ""chat"" time involving his girlfriend and I also paid for the fact that he didn't have a part in his truck and had to go to Lowes. $300 later, I have one toilet fixed. When I stated I had a problem with the amount, I was told he could come back and put in a new toilet(since he couldn't figure out the problem) and they would take 30 minutes off the new bill and not charge for the wax ring since he had replaced it. I will never, ever use Professional Plumbing again. That's not ""Professional"" and there's no customer service.

Used this company twice---the first time was a great experience. The plumber that came seemed quite knowledgable and personable. He fixed the issue and explained what the problem was very thoroughly. The second time I called was a totally different experience. The plumber that came was late---came in and within 20 minutes indicated he could not find a problem---stood in the doorway and chatted for 1/2 hour complaining about the company merging with another and the issues that were happening because of it and then he left and sat in his truck for another 20 minutes or so---I thought it was odd when he left that I didn't have to sign a ticket of some sort. When I got my bill the company charged me 226.00 for 2 1/2 hours! I know there is an hour minimum plus travel time which is 10 miles away. I sent a letter to the company explaining I was being overcharged and had to have another plumbing company to fix the issue(which they did) and I didn't feel the charge was accurate---they credited me 46.00---if you use this company BEWARE and make sure the plumber has you sign a ticket so the time can be accounted for----and don't be disappointed if the problem isn't fixed when they leave.

They came out to inspect my well that was damaged by lighting. They charged me $302/hour to look at it and they didn't even repair it. Good thing I got my insurance company involved, Westfield Insurance, and they were able to pay them a fair amount ($200). I will not use them again!
