PPG was the plumber for our new build 2013. A few months ago we saw water leaking from our main water meter hole. It was checked at high level and there was a minimal pressure change. To fix it (quote); $550 to fix, but $150 for 30 minutes of digging, each additional 15 minutes rate was $50. Sooo...my husband with hep from neighbor finally worked on it today. Luckily the mudd formed minimize the water leak to our main line; the workmanship showed that they glued poorly or not at all!!! So after a few hours of digging, prep (runs to Lowe's) and lots of mudd it's now fixed!!! But here's to your workmanship! I will be calling!!

Just had the hot water heater replaced. The work was done totally professionally by a master plumber on time and very close to half the price of a large competing plumbing company. That's a savings of over $700. The entire experience was 5 star. If you're not checking with the Professional Plumbers Group in Wylie, you're wasting money.

We built a Megatel home 3 years ago & Professional Plumbers Group was the plumbing contractor for our build. Nice guys but very poor workmanship. Nothing professional about the fact that we are on our 8th plumbing issue/leak in 3 years. The expenses associated with these leaks have been outrageous - everything from months of tripled water bills to having to repaint walls & ceilings. I would not recommend them.
