Great company! They communicate very well with the customer from the secretary down to the guys that came out for a quote. We picked them to convert from a solar water heater to a regular water heater. They did an amazing job, very fast install and were very nice throughout the process. Thursday of last week, my sister and I were calling around to find a plumbing company for my dad. We were looking for a licensed company that can do backflow assembly test. We needed it done as soon as possible. This company was referred by another company that didn't provide the service that we needed.

My sister and I spoke to Kiera (unsure of spelling) who was very friendly and provided all the information I asked for. She reassured me that they would be able to come out this week knowing that we needed service done as soon as possible. She suggested to make it more convenient, I can leave a credit card on file and it would get charged when the service is done. I asked if they accepted cash and would I be able to get a receipt. She told me they do take cash however a receipt would have to be emailed to me at a later time. I decided to leave my card on file that way it would be easy on my dad.

My dad's appointment was today between 8am-10am time frame. Kiera called me 15 minutes before 8am and told me that she was not about to get one of her guys to come out to do the testing. She proceeded to tell me that one of her guys in the company told her yesterday that they needed a recertification and it would take one week before they can do the testing. I asked why she didn't call me yesterday to tell me but to call me 15 minutes before the time frame. She apologized and continued to go on to tell me that she couldn't send her guy out and that I can wait or just call another company. It's not easy to find some company to just come out especially during the time of Covid and the holidays for a decent price. I just didn't need the stress early this morning. Keira was still nice but she didn't make me feel important as her customer. She knew that I needed someone to do service but slacked on communicating with me in a timely manner. I asked her to remove my credit card info. She said, ""uhhh, sure if you want me to"". Of course I do!

When I was calling around last week, I found two other companies besides this one that was able to do the testing for today and at the same time frame. Silly me I went with this one thinking that they were reliable. I understand things come up, like if something was broken but for a recertification?? Shouldn't companies do that before it expires so it doesn't interrupt their customers scheduled time? I ended have to recall the other companies and luckily one of them can schedule me for the end of this week. Everyone else was after the holidays. I really didn't want to be schedule for this late in the week but no other company's were willing to do the testing this week since it's already Tuesday and they were already booked. I really want to go with this company but now I'm glad I didn't since they are not reliable. I do not recommend them and will be sure not to add them to any of my services contact list.

I would recommend Professional Plumbers because they fixed my main water line in about an hour. We own an old home (1956) and the main pipe snapped after we tried to do some DIY repairs. After a quick call, they came the next day and fixed the issue. 10/10, quality, affordable, and reliable business.

When you own a house, you need a great team of contractors and professionals who are your go to guys. These are my go to plumbers. They do phenomenal work. I've had them swap out my gas water heater for an on demand water heater, move some pipes for a renovation and had poor Jerry dig 2 feet under my slab to hook up a new laundry room to an existing drain pipe. I had a leaking toilet. The bathroom is small and the space is odd. I called several plumbers. Professional Plumbers responded to my call immediately. They were able to locate a toilet for the space to replace the old one. They set an appointment and came on time. Their price was BELOW the original estimate. They removed the trash and left the area clean. The installer was polite, and respectful. It took about 30 minutes from start to finish on the install. I would highly recommend this company. We called Professional Plumber when we saw a puddle of water under our refrig. They came when they said they would be there and fixed a leak in the water supply. They were fast and courteous and I would highly recommend them for all plumbing problems. They replaced an old kitchen faucet a few months ago and we had the same great service!
