Driver in Professional Plumber truck with car plate PROPLUM, 30 miles north bound from Fresno, could have caused a terrible accident because he wanted to intentionally cut us off out of spite. If this is your company, you better be careful of putting this driver behind the wheel of your truck! And if this is how you do your plumbing work, how terrible! I had a backflow sewage issue that was causing dirty water to fill up in my shower tub. Dino and Thomas came out to my house and went above and beyond to help. They were very professional and friendly, assessed the situation quickly, and assured me they would handle it. And just like that, it was done! Our home warranty company sent another plumber to check on a leak issue. This other plumber barely looked at the problem and said the warranty doesn't cover it and quoted me $450.

We called Professional Plumber and they came out same day, did the work in an hour for $140, and told me the job should be covered by the home warranty and to fight for it next time (unfortunately Professional Plumber isn't contracted with our home warranty company).

I will gladly recommend this company to anyone and will use them every time. The plumber who came out was super friendly and funny. Thank you!
