Nothing changed in the house form when Chris looked at the job, and bid the job to all of the sudden he said it was unsafe. He was paid in full and never finished the job if it was h safe you should not have taken the job or refunded the money that you could not complete. He never told me I needed to provide my own staging.

I have used the service multiple times, and every time the workers are extraordinarily professional, prompt, and they do a great job. The initial quote was actually higher than the final price I was charged. When does that happen? His most recent job with me was replacing a storm door, he did it under budget, quickly, and with a smile on his face. I couldn't be happier. I will work with him again, and fully recommend him to anybody who needs handyman repair tasks done in their home.

I have been living in Michigan for two years and it had been a nightmare managing my properties. I've had contractors charge $1,000s to do work that wasn't performed or performed incorrectly. One particular instance was a plumber telling me I basically had to remodel a kitchen because the sink faucet was out of production and the sink basin wouldn't accommodate a modern faucet. This can be common issue with house from 1850, but Chris resolved the issue for $150! Same DAY!

Chris has been a game changer. I was minutes from selling my property when I met Chris. Chris has been a godsend. When I ask for something to be done, it is completed in a day or two. Any changes or unforeseen events in the repair are communicated to me before a change order is made. I am updated with prices and or changes before they happen. Approval is sought throughout the process as needed. The result has been happy tenants and a happy landlord. And I am billed promptly.

Chris has done what he said he will do and when he said he will do it. He's made the experience of managing my property out of state a breeze. All my tenants have reported positive experiences working with Chris. Chris is extremely professional onsite. When a tenant asks him to fix something, he appropriately instructs them to reach out to me first. They call me, tell me the issue, I call Chris, approve the repair, Chris tells me the cost, we discuss other options if needed and then Chris gets it done.

In addition, I've recommend Chris to friends looking for larger improvements and they couldn't be happier.

I see these one stars and I am shocked. This has not been my experience. I've been working with Chris for the last six months and plan to continue the relationship, if he'll have me. I know I can be needy and super last minute, but somehow he always comes through.

It was a huge mistake hiring the services of Chris. We wanted a socket fixed and he ripped off the entire insulation inour basement, without our approval and left it all on the floor, also without our knowledge. This was discovered after he had left. After doing a tacky job, he demanded an insane amount of money, trying to rip us off. He could not justify the requested amount and instead broke into a fit of anger. Chris is very unstable, rude, unprofessional and a rip off. Chris left a lot of damage to our home and also drove on our lawn in an uncontrolled rage. I have attached some pictures of the damage done. I will not recommend Chris to anyone!
