Bob was great to Deal with. Called him on Friday night at 6:30 with a clogged septic drain. He was willing to come out that same night which I thought was amazing. I ended up holding off until Monday since it wasnt a big emergency but it is great to know that he would come out so quickly. He came out Monday to give me a quote just like he said. His speedy response was greatly appreciated.

We had a flood in our bathroom and basement. Rob came first thing the next morning. He was on time, courteous, and professional. He identified the problem, and worked for 2 days to make sure this would never happen to us again. He was reasonably priced and answered the millions of questions my husband and I had with a smile. Rob and BOB are great guys ,septic backed up, called them in the middle of the night and they came right over and worked hard to fix the problem. Very reasonable pricing and would highly recommend.

If you don't mind sitting around for a contractor that neither shows up, nor calls, these are the folks for you. It's really a sad state of affairs, when so many contractors do poor work, arrive late, or simply don't show up. It's an simple courtesy to call a customer and let them know that the contractor will be late or is unable to show up. Professional Drain may do wonderful work as other reviews indicate but given that we all have cell phones, there is no excuse for wasting a customers valuable time by being late without notification or not showing up at all.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Robert! He responded to my inquiry and engaged me in a conversation to help me determine what my plumbing problem was. He offered to come out next day and maintained contact with me throughout the process. He was exceptional, fixed my issue, explained what was wrong and how to address it should it happen again. He was courteous, professional, and affordable. I would recommend to anyone having plumbing issues and I will absolutely utilize again!

UPDATING (from 5 stars to 1) as of 7/12/18: I reached out to Pro. Drain Svcs. to see if they could help my parents with a water leak problem. I was advised, via yelp chat from the business owner, to have them call directly. My parents called and had an appointment scheduled for a Fri. morning at 10:30 am. After waiting all morning and afternoon no one from this company showed up. Worst of all no one called to explain/reschedule. I send the business a message inquiring about what happened and received no response. It is a week later and I am still waiting. How embarrassing to provide a glowing referral to someone and have it turn out to be such a bad experience for them. Will seek services else where in the future.

I just had some work done byRob Rob Broccolo . To say I am impressed would be an understatement! He gave me a 15 minute window when we set up the appointment- Arrived right on time. He went straight to work and fixed several minor issues that have been driving me nuts for a while. He worked cleanly and restored every area back when finished. He was more than reasonable when it came time for the Bill. Highly recommend this hard working guy for your plumbing needs!

Rob and Rob came to my home a few months ago. I had just bought a new house. Had a serious issue with the main bathroom. Bottom line is the two Robs were in and out in something like 4 hours addressing a major plumbing issue. They advised me on what needed to be done to correct the problem ONCE AND FOR ALL. This is the second review I have left them mainly because when I just searched their reviews I didn't see the review I had left them. You cannot go wrong with these guys. And yes, there clean up is top notch!

Professional drain services recently fixed a drain issue for me. Between the problem, the call and its completion, it took a less than 4 hours total! This included all cleanup from the issue. Try getting that anywhere else and you'll be disappointed. Very affordable!
