Juan shows up exactly when he said he would. Started the job of jetting my yard/deck drains and would not finish until he was satisfied (as opposed to keeping an eye on the clock). After jetting the pipes several times, he pulled this mass out - one of the biggest he has ever seen in 19 years. Drains now run free and clear and I'm ready for the rains! Guys are clean, courteous and respectful... and thorough! Highly recommended

Highly recommend Juan. I have used Professional Drain Service for few different services now and gave had great experiences on each occasion. They performed an initial home inspection on my house and informed me of an issue that I had with my sewer line involving some tree roots. They subsequently came out and hydro jetted the the line once it began to back up a few months later and repaired the damaged section of pipe. Their prices were good and Juan is one of the nicest guys you could hope to meet. He presents the problem and your options in an honest and sincere way and works hard to meet your needs. His guys were polite hard workers and left everything at my home as good as when they arrived.
