Juan and his crew were top notch! Excellent craftsmanship with a good price. I made a call to my home insurance company who sent another company out. They told me it wasn't covered because my blockage was in my front yard and not the house. So the company they sent quoted me an outrageous price. I told them I was going to get another quote and miraculously the the price dropped $1500. They became pushy and wanted to start work immediately. I said no thank you and knew they were out to hose me. In comes Juan, who was referred to me by my realtor. He was honest, professional and quoted me a price I thought was legitimate. He gave me several options and wasn't pushy at all. His crew came out and got my plumbing up in running in one day. They had to dig a six foot hole around a bolder and the yard looks like no one touched it. Amazing work! I would highly recommend PDS for all your plumbing needs.

Juan was responsive and professional. He did a sewer inspection on a property we were looking to buy. He showed up did his job before we even got there, we saw him leave right as we pulled up. We received a video of the inspection, he even showed the property on the camera at the end to show that was in fact footage from the property. In my opinion it was a cheap and fast inspection that will save a lot of problems later. I will call Juan for any drain issues in the future but I really hope I don't have to.

Juan Perez the owner of Professional Drain Service is the Best! We needed to have our home sewer line scoped for a real estate sale and Juan did the job quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain the process of how he uses his equipment to scope our drain to look for any obstructions, misalignment or breaks in the sewer pipe (none were found). After the work was completed Juan forwarded a link to the video of how he used his camera and what the camera recorded. His price was lower than other companies and his work is impeccable. Juan shows up exactly when he said he would. Started the job of jetting my yard/deck drains and would not finish until he was satisfied (as opposed to keeping an eye on the clock). After jetting the pipes several times, he pulled this mass out - one of the biggest he has ever seen in 19 years. Drains now run free and clear and I'm ready for the rains!
