We had a water leak from the water meter main to our house and we called productive plumbing (reference from next door) and spoke to Robin. She was very helpful and friendly! Same day they were able to fit us in bc it was an emergency. Manny (plumber) came over to assess the issue, gave us a price upfront and the same day they fixed the leak. Through the rain and having to dig out many roots, they were very costumer service orientated, friendly and explained the situation along the way. They cared about not leaving us without water and made a huge effort to make sure it was fixed that day and it was. We really appreciate their responsiveness and service. We'll definitely be calling them again if we have any more plumbing needs. Thank you productive plumbing!!!

My garbage disposal started leaking, so I randomly found this company near my house. Turns out they're the best at what they do. I called Robin on the phone in the morning and the plumber came the same day in the afternoon and replaced the garbage disposal in less than 10 minutes. It was an awesome, quick, and convenient service! Highly recommend this company for any plumbing services!

I'm a property manager and I was dealing with one toilet in my home that started to flood my bathroom from the base of the toilet on Saturday night. We called our emergency line and advised them of the issue. We started using the second toilet, but on Sunday night, the same thing happened to that toilet. Made a second call to my management company and to the vendor that was coming out today (Monday) between noon and 4:00 p.m. to tell them about the second toilet At 7:00 a.m. Ms. Robin from Productive Plumbing, Inc. called to advise that within the hour, they should be at my home. Raul showed up within that time and was very friendly and professional. I explained the issue and he went to work. According to him, he had to clean out the stacks, that was never done while we rented this home for the last four years. He went on the roof, cleaned the stacks out and we are bath in business! I highly reccommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. As a property manager, I will definitely use them for my properties as well. Excellent customer service, prompt and very informative.

We had an unexpected kitchen sink clog on a Sunday. Robin was recommended on a Facebook neighborhood group. I called. She picked up instantly (yes, on a Sunday!) and scheduled a tech to come out to help us first thing Monday morning. The costs were discussed up front - no upcharges - and yes, I called another plumber who quoted me double what my final work order w/ Robin and Productive Plumbing came out to. I cannot recommend them enough - they are our #1 plumber to call from now on.
