Just got an estimate from Pedro and even if we don't go forward with the repairs, I'm happy with his customer service. He was responsive over yelp, checked in to confirm our appointment, and communicated his ETA. We also really appreciated the knowledge he shared freely. He told us how to do some of the repairs ourselves before we even talked about the final estimate.
Just FYI he said the labor cost for repairing our drinking water faucet would be $150 and the labor cost for repairing our leaking bath tub faucet would be $225.

All I can say is WOW!!! I had two bad valves spewing water everywhere and I had a ton on laundry to do! Pedro replied to my message within minutes! He tried help me troubleshoot but quickly realized that both valves are bad. He quoted me to replace both and came over within 30 minutes on a SUNDAY and got both valves replaced AND showed me what he did!!!
I'm doing laundry and a happy camper!!!

Ok, we all know it's difficult to find the right plumber. It's either too expensive or too long. I contacted Prodigy to replace the valves underneath my sink to get my new dishwasher installed and Pedro responded within less than 5 mins. Showed up the same day but unfortunately I live in an HOA community and had to call their referred plumber to turn the water off, which happened on a different day and Pedro was patient enough to leave and come back. He was very patient, efficient and fast. Got the job done within 30 mins. I'm sold and will not be contacting any big plumbing companies again. Thanks Pedro!

Pedro is Very nice, knowledgeable and responsive! I request a quote from him and he showed up at my door within the hour. He does not only explain to me how he can how accomplish my goal with my project in the laundry room but also give suggestions and education on what I need to do to better maintain my tankless water heater. Can't thank Pedro enough. I sent a message for a quote on a Friday night and he got back to me in just a couple minutes.

Great communication, Pedro responded immediately with a quote and let me know exactly when he would arrive, and was right on time. Thankfully, he was able to come later that same night, despite my house being pretty far away, and promptly unclogged the drain. He also gave me some advice on my house's crazy old pipes. Great prices, more than fair, and much better than the bigger plumbing companies.
