This was the fourth time we've used Prodigy. Andrew has always been ""the guy"" who has done our repairs. This time we had new toilets and faucets installed. We are very pleased with the work he did. Andrew was on time and worked efficiently. Also, we were very pleased with Kenzie in the office. She was very efficient in coordinating our purchases with having them installed. We will continue to use Prodigy for our plumbing needs.

Absolute class act business. I would like to thank deeply the gentlemen that installed our new tub: Alvin & Lucas. Alvin and Lucas stepped into our home as if it were their own, and took grate care not only in their work, but in the prep before and after. I would highly recommend them both! Absolutely kind and professional people. Our tub needed to be replaced due to a Maxx tub defect (rare and not prodigy's fault). Our builder and Prodigy worked together to fix this asap. I cannot thank enough every single individual who assisted us along the way. I was impressed with the seemingly little things like taping up the entire pathway to our bathroom, the caution they took in taping up the doorway, and just everything that was done so well. Each person to step into our home has been kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Tim especially has been outstanding: he walked me through each step, and took my calls no matter how silly the question might have been, Tim was kind and understanding every time. I was afraid, and Tim was understanding in the process. Thank you all, I am grateful, and I hope this business continues to thrive. I would highly recommend Prodigy Plumbing to anyone who asks! Oh! We also had a few gentlemen out to tighten up a toilet too, and same excellent service was received. Way to go Prodigy Plumbing!! Epic service with some very excellent and skilled plumbers here! Maybe it's just me, but Prodicy's estimate policy seems pretty sketchy. I called for someone to come out and give me a quote for fixing some corroded pipes in my crawlspace. I was told that they ""don't do estimates,"" they make appointments for their repair folks to come out with the anticipation of fixing the problem. I was given only their hourly rate of $175.00. I'm not going to hire someone to do a job with an open-ended time frame . . . EVER. Will be calling someone else.

I hired Prodigy Plumbing a second time because I had a positive experience capping some gas lines. They charged a $250 callout and were there for about 10 minutes snaking the line to unclog a kitchen drain, they told us no further inspections were needed. In the process they split open my drain pipe under the house and waste water leaked in the crawl space for multiple weeks. After calling them back they said it would be 4 days to come fix it, so I did it myself. After following up again the manager basically had the attitude that it was my problem and I should have talked to him directly about fixing it. Not professional and not a customer service oriented company, will not use them again for those reasons.

A shout-out to Laura and Jacob at Prodigy. Having a floor redone so toilet had to be removed. It was done on time, but the next day as the floor work was moving ahead, the water connection started to leak. Laura quickly got Vic to come out, seal the leak within a half an hour, and the floor work proceeded. Laura called to ask if all was accomplished and set up a date to re-install a new toilet. Jacob returned and completed the job on schedule. Sweet guys, professional service, affordable price. Highly recommend.

I called Prodigy plumbing to get a water pressure valve replaced. They completed the work a few days later at a very reasonable price after having another company had given me a price over twice as much. I was very happy with Prodigy Plumbing and will continue to call them with my plumbing needs

They replaced a gas water heater with an electric water heater for us.
Pro's: Good advice on telephone, good scheduling the work you need, plumbers came pretty much on time.
Removal and installation was done professionally.

Con's: Of the two plumbers that came one did not follow COVID-19 precautions when inside our home. This was a big deal as our water heater is inside our home. This was anxiety producing as we are considered at the more at-risk category.

The other plumber although diligent with covid-19 precautions did not correct his work-mate.

I called the office twice and emailed them to discuss my experience with the manager. Never got a response.

Work was good, but follow up and awareness of customer's situation was less than satisfactory.

I would give 2.5 stars.
