Mark came out to service my tankless water heater, he arrived promptly and took the time to thoroughly explain the process. Even though he only came to do a simple tankless water heater flush, I ended up showing him multiple other things that were problems and a few of them he fixed right on the spot. What impressed me the most was his proactive approach, checking other potential problems in my home to ensure everything was in order. He provided multiple options for repairs, allowing me to make informed decisions. His professionalism, communication skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction were outstanding. I am having him back to fix the things I showed him because I felt his expertise was far abive most of the plumbers I have encountered in the past. I highly recommend Prodigy for any plumbing needs anyone may have.
