First talked to Joseph Maciel, he was quick and efficient understood it needed to be taken care of soon as possible. The team that came to my house was Antonio and Desi they quickly figured out the issue and brought the right equipment to fix it. They gave tips to avoid having the same issues again. Would really recommend.

Prodigy did a lot of work on our house when we first moved in, and we thought they'd done a good job. Slightly pricey, but we wanted quality work. Fast forward two years and the pipes they claimed to have replaced started leaking. We called them and despite the fact that it was their work that was defective--and the fact that they said we had a free inspection--they told us they wouldn't come out without charging us a service call fee. We ended up finding a different plumber who came out, opened up the wall, found and repaired the leaking pipe and joint, and did an excellent job cleaning up Prodigy's mess. It's sad that they can't stand by their work.

We've used Prodigy Plumbing in the past and they're always very quick to respond. Today we called them because our garbage disposal wasn't working and the dishwasher was backing up. Caesar showed up ahead of schedule and was able to diagnose the problem and resolve the water back up issue within 10 minutes. He was very kind and professional. We'll definitely continue to use them, I just wanted to give Caesar a shout out and say ""thank you"", again.

Just used Prodigy to replace a water heater in my rental unit. After trying other plumbers on a Friday afternoon, Prodigy was the only one who responded, got someone out that evening to assess, and got the work scheduled for the next morning. This was much-appreciated as my tenants had already been without hot water for over 24 hours.
All their reps communicated well, from schedulers to techs to managers to accounting folks. We obviously weren't thrilled when we heard that we couldn't repair the unit for a few hundred and would have to replace it for a couple thousand. However, even at 7pm on a Friday, the manager was understanding, worked with my urgency to take care of my tenants, offered an additional discount and added years of free service, and ensured it all got handled the next day.
Always get multiple quotes for plumbing work, but I can certainly recommend you give Prodigy a chance to win your business.

What a wonderful experience with Prodigy plumbing. Our service technician Dess, greeted us and was extremely friendly and courteous. He was able to assess our problem with our garbage disposal and fix it quite quickly. He was honest, trustworthy, and went well and above ensuring we were well take care of. I had other major plumbing companies come to clean out of sink drain which always seems to clog around Thanksgiving. They could not clear the blockage and tried to upsell me with expensive suggestions. Someone told me to try Prodigy since they are a small local company with great customer service and they have proper equipment to handle almost anything. I decided to try Prodigy and was blown away. They are ALL ABOUT customer service. Joseph personally helped me after a day of calamitous plumbing issues occurred, one after the other (not a good day!). His techs Chris and Steven came over several times in one day to help. They got the drain cleared (temporarily for Thanksgiving) but told me about an issue with grease in the line that would return and advised about a permanent fix at a VERY reasonable price. I am so thankful for Joseph and his crew. They are our new plumbers from this point on.

We recently had some work done at my aunts house in Long Beach. Cesar went out to work on a really bad clogged drain and let me know the pipe was really old (70+ years!). His supervisor came over and offered us options, explained everything, and had his crew over the next day.
