Garrett and Alexis came and worked on a warranty issue. My copper pipes were installed a few years ago by Prodigy and were a little loose. Whenever the water or lawn sprinklers go on, I'd hear a tapping sound. It was enough to sometimes keep me awake.

They both arrived on time and kept my house as clean as possible while doing the job. Very professional and courteous. I can't say enough good things about this company and their workers for taking care of clients and honoring their warranty.

I would recommend this company to both my friends and family. Thank you Prodigy.

I just moved to California from Ohio. The first week in our new home... I noticed a gas leak, and I had the gas company come out to turn off my gas. I had another company come out to fix the gas leak prior which they didn't know what they were doing and ripped up my cabinets. I called Prodigy Plumbing, and they were out same day for quote then came back the next day to fix the problem. They were friendly, efficient, and fast workers. They didn't cause any more damage to my kitchen or any other part of my house nor did they make a mess. Their crew was amazing! Everything was explained to us. I have no more gas leak! I highly recommend this company!!!!!

I had a big job - I needed a sewer line segment replacement and liner. After many quotes & research, this company won my business for their professionalism, responsiveness, competitive prices and honest assessment of my options (thanks, Jerry). I was so impressed with the teamwork and how well they all communicate with each other as an organization and with me as a client. From inspection to quote to scheduling to completion, the process was very efficient and stress-free. Marvil & Jose did the work and they were fantastic! They showed me each step with the camera, explained what was going on, were very respectful and careful with my property & landscaping, and cleaned up afterwards so it's like they were never there digging up my yard. Plus, they were just really friendly nice guys.

I definitely recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs and will have them on speed dial for any issues I have in the future.

This is the second time I've enlisted the services of Prodigy Plumbing for my home. Each time they've gone above and beyond repairing the issues to my complete satisfaction. This time my tech was Steven. What a friendly and knowledgeable young man who inspected the issue, repaired the issue and inspected a future issue that will be addressed with Prodigy! Throughout the job, Steven maintained a pleasant and humorous attitude. I appreciated his competence and upbeat demeanor so much that I joined Prodigy's membership club.

Alexis came today and he was awesome. He came right on time, worked extremely quickly and cleanly. Price was reasonable, and he was in and out in about 30 min total. Amazing service! I have to say too that the customer service staff is amazing too. This is my third time using prodigy and the admin staff has been amazing each time. We've used Prodigy Plumbing for various projects and issues in the past and they've always done a great job. They not only know what they're doing, but they have GREAT customer service, which goes a long way with us. Their office staff and plumbers are all so friendly and personable.

Our latest project, as part of our DIY kitchen remodel, was converting that old style wall mounted kitchen faucet to a modern counter mounted faucet. Well, that's easier said than done and definitely a job I was leaving for the professionals at Prodigy. Jerry was our primary technician for this job and he is so great to work with. Always professional, an expert at what he does, offers his opinions and recommendations in a way that makes sense, and leaves not a spec of dirt behind. The final outcome looks amazing. It looks so neat and tidy under the kitchen sink cabinet. And no leaks :D

Will definitely be using Prodigy again. Hopefully not before that next project comes along, but I know they'll be there when that shower drain clogs up again (which I'm sure will have nothing to do with my wife's hair).

I needed a plumber to check out a blocked sink pipe and garbage disposal issue in our office kitchen. Overall I was very happy with the service of the plumber Jerry who came out, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment and process (he even checked out a minor bathroom sink issue that he wasn't there for originally). I would have him come back if we have any further issues.

The only thing that took a star away was the that they had re-scheduled me once because a few technicians had called out for the next day... I said ok because wasn't an emergency so I rescheduled for the following week, then today comes around and I get another call to try and re-schedule me again because more techs called out sick. I told them I would cancel and find a new company to come out because it's kind of un-professional do do that twice (even though it wasn't an emergency) but they said they would come at the scheduled time window and they did.
