Our plumber was Manny and he was fantastic. He showed up much earlier than we expected, he was professional and thoughtful the entire time he was here. Plumbing always makes us a little nervous but he made the whole experience very easy.

I also really liked that there was no up sale of services, they were very clear about pricing and Manny was not only fast and efficient he was tidy! We were expecting a big mess from previous experiences, but Manny was great. He explained everything really well and was genuinely fantastic.

We are going to call them again soon for more work, and they will now be our go to plumbers.

I could not be more happy with the services this company provided. Plumbing problems can be such a major stressor and these guys get the job done. Big thank you to Alexis, Juan and Steven for your fast and efficient work. They came out, diagnosed the issue and took extra time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. The job was scheduled and taken care of in a day, despite the fact that they had to break up concrete in the back yard. I definitely recommend this company, and hope I can request these guys in the future.

Our water heater stopped working and after an assessment from the Gas company, we were advised to call a plumber because of a bad thermal coupler. Philip at Prodigy got an appt the next day. The real hero was Alexis who confirmed the issue with thermal coupler and gave us options which ranged from replacing the thermal coupler to replacing the water heater. He gave recommendations but was not pushy. Alexis went above and beyond and tried to use the thermal coupler he had in his inventory, but it did not work. He called his parts guy and got confirmation they could get us the part the next business day. Alexis was in and out in an hour, fast and efficient! Thank you for going above and beyond. Would recommend their services to family and friends.

It was my first time using any plumbing service at all and I had to call for my organization I worked at so I was unsure what to expect. I searched on Yelp and found Prodigy and they sure did not disappoint. They were very kind and was able to get a technician out the next day. The technician, Alexis inspected our sink and quickly resolved the issue. He even informed me the cause of our leakage was because our sink was getting detached from the wall causing our pipe to break and although that wasn't what he specialized in he was able to help me stabilize it to prevent the pipe from breaking again. There was also another leakage from our roof that I was concerned about so I mentioned it to him and while he told me that's probably not something he can do, he was still kind enough to check it out for me. I had a great experience and I will definitely be using Prodigy again for any future inquiries I will have. Thank you Alexis and Prodigy!

It was time to replace my water heater and Jerry Rodriguez came out and was extremely thorough explaining all my options and I purchased not only the water heater I added a recirculating pump and a filtration system. We started the project the same afternoon and finished the next day. Jerry and Antonio also came out to assist on the project and all three were extremely professional, meticulous in their work and cleanup. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Last spring, the gas pipe going underground from the meter to the house started leaking, so I called out a few companies to compare bids. Turns out all the pipes going through the garage and underground were old and corroded. Prodigy stood out because they explained all of the options for repiping (from budget to overboard) as well as concern for my landscaping. They were also reasonably priced and enrolled me in the membership program so that I could get a discount on such a large job.

I had the job permitted, so there was a day of waiting for inspections. The crew covered up the giant trench in the yard with plywood and caution tape. I was very pleased with their work, and they took such care to replant and compact the decomposed granite in the yard. They were also flexible when I added the earthquake shut-off valve.

The price and length of job did not change from the estimate. The crew was clean, respectful, and answered all of my questions. The office staff was friendly, efficient, and available. They also called to check in on the progress.

I meant to leave this review at the time but forgot until this week when a car hit the gas meter in the alley and triggered the earthquake sensor. Ozzy came out and not only fixed it, but showed me how so that I can take care of it if it ever happens again. He then took the time to check all of the gas appliances before leaving.
