My Roomate and I were having issues with our water heater and dishwasher for some time now. We've had a couple of people take a look at them and fix it but none were as communicative or knowledgeable as Kevin. He fixed the problem and reassured us he would be in at our service if anything went wrong. Amazing customer service, communication skills in terms of what the problem was and how he fixed it were beyond great and professional. I sent out a request for quotes to multiple handymen via Yelp and everyone either said they were booked or charged an excessive amount. Kevin replied back and said he could get it done that day or the next morning at a very reasonably, fair price.

We originally hired Kevin for helping us mount our 50"" TV in our bedroom as we did not have the right bit for the nails for our specific mount nor did we have a stud finder. We ended up last minute also asking if he can mount mirrors around the house.

This is where he went above and beyond with the quality service, one of the mirrors my father had was manufactured to be mounted up horizontally and we wanted up vertically.
At first, maybe I thought he was not able to do it because of the original manufactured bolts on the back of mirror, but he was quick to brainstorm that mini project and told me he can make that happen!
He educated and showed me how he was able to do it, and even made sure to secure it (mirror is heavyweight).

He also is licensed to do plumbing services! He's an all -around handyman, and from now on our family will be using his services. Thank you Kevin, we appreciate you!
