attempted to reschedule an appointment time that was assigned to us by calling and emailing 4 times over the course of a week. the day of the appointment we were able to get appointment hold of a very u pleasant gentleman and reschedule for the next day. we received an appointment time confirmation and waited at home for through the window. The tech did not show up. when we called we were rudely told that we hadn't rescheduled even though we had an email from their company. We rescheduled a second time. On the day of the appointment we got a message saying the tech was on the way. We, again, waited several hours and he never showed. Zero stars. Would NOT recommend.

No one ever likes to hear that they need a new ac unit, but Rhamond went out of his way to make sure I knew what I needed so I could research rebates and discounts that may be available. From the initial gut drop of how am I going to afford this to there are programs available to help with the costs. Great service! And my dog appreciated the extra pets

This Company hires the best employees! I had the pleasure of meeting their associate, Ray, who arrived on time, was polite and friendly and removed my old mattress taking it away for disposal within just a few minutes!

Did nothing but send multiple invoices. If they worked as hard on the maintenance as they did on sending multiple invoices a day they might be good.
They original visit was one day and before the next day is over they have sent at least a half dozen messages about the invoice and before you can pay they send late invoice notices. This in less than 24 hours.
Their technician was also late even though they had a 4 hour window. I wonder why their messaging didn't keep me updated about that.

If there was a zero, I would choose that! The previous reviewer experience the same thing I did. I waited four hours for these people after rearranging my day and they were no-show! Not only that but they lied about why they were late. They said they were across town when they were 37 miles away! Would you really want someone working on your home who is dishonest and unable to arrive on time? Not only that, but when I asked a few questions about the delay. Rahmond J. From ProCare sent a message stating ""your claim is being canceled (I'd already canceled it!) Not sure why who you think you are but interrogating my staff is not what's happening"". I think if you have wasted four hours of my day, I have the right to ask why you didn't even bother to show up, especially when you were supposed to be there between 11 and three and I gave you an additional hour! Who responds with the self-righteous attitude after they've lied to you and left you waiting??

You want to avoid these guys like the plague!!

Set up an appointment with this company through our home warranty, they never showed up. The person that was in contact with us was rude, condescending and dismissive. Constantly put us on delay was unprofessional. Had children in the background screaming. Never showed up for their appointment. Have not ever had an experience with a contractor like that before.
