Not a fun thing when you come downstairs in the morning and there are mushrooms growing in the living room. Needless to say, put a call into ProCare and it just so happened he was in the neighborhood and he stopped by immediately.

Turns out I had a fairly common problem with homes in Lake Forest. The wonderful box planter on the outside of my house had dirt that was up way too high. As such, moisture has been leaking into the house and is being absorbed by the drywall.

Can't thank John enough for coming on out, diagnosing the problem and helping us get back to normal.

We had a pin hole leak in our family room ceiling. After the plumber fixed the leak, I called John the next morning. He came out right away and was very honest and professional. It's not easy to find someone that's trustworthy but John is someone you can trust! I highly recommend ProCare.

We had leaking in the guest bathroom from the toilet back in December. We had a plumber come out and fix the toilet and had guests staying through the holidays. Fast forward, last week we happened to go into the guest bathroom to check all is okay but there is a musty smell. We were worried that the leak back in December did not get completely fixed when we fixed the toilet. I called ProCare and John came out the next morning. He was very polite and helpful. When he checked the guest bathroom he was was straight up and said there is no excess moisture in the walls or floor at all. He gave us helpful tips for future reference and took the time to explain other options. Hopefully I won't be needing any more leaks to be fixed in the future, but if I do, I will be calling John.

This company is the best! I have sadly experienced 3 floods. John came out right away and was very thorough and professional. He answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful in assisting us with the proper steps and what to expect from start to finish. I wish I would have found John and Procare for my first 2 floods as I had a much better experience this time around. John came and did an inspection on my water leak for the ceiling. He shows kindness and honesty, which is hard to find among many businesses these days. He told me that I do not need their service on drying the ceiling and provided me a better solution to handle my water damage issue that will save me a lot of money. I ready appreciated his help and honesty. I would highly recommend his company. Heard a lot of good things about them and from the employees, it shows the business has integrity, they are reliable and trustworthy. I would definitely use them if I have water leaks in the future that requires wall drying.

It's Saturday on a holiday weekend. Overnight the door seal on my front load washer gave out, so I awoke to a flood. John was at our front door in under 30 minutes. He was quick to access things and get us going the right direction. John is kind, courteous, and above all professional. He says things in such a way that you feel like he's a long trusted friend. He turned our Saturday from nightmare to solutions in very quick order! I would definitely recommend John to my friends and neighbors if they ever experience what I did, I would want someone like John to help them!

This was our second under the slab water leak in in a four year period and after our first experience were hoping for a better outcome this time so we decided not to just rely our insurance companies recommendations. We called Pipeline Restoration who suggested that we call ProCare Restoration which also has good reviews on Yelp. We were fortunate that John and George were were finishing up a job and came over later that afternoon. We felt right away that we had made a good choice they worked quickly and efficiently getting up damp carpet and wet padding eventually setting up 12 blowers and 4 dehumidifiers to start the drying out process. John was very though explaining what was damaged in the affected areas, the processes and decisions during the restoration and details about insurance coverage . He went to extra length of spraying a natural thyme based fungicide in our house and drying out my daughters room when he found out that she had some issues with her health. When our insurance adjuster made an appointment to come for his inspection John ask us to let him know when the appointment was scheduled and came also to go walk thru going over the damage and continued working with him through the process. As we come to a conclusion it is clear that we did have a better outcome with our second slab leak. John was an advocate for us looking out for best interest rather than our insurance companies approach. A good illustration of our two slab leaks which were very similar in size is that the first only had 11 pages of settlement documentation and this one has 24 pages of settlement documentation. We are very happy with the outcome this time and my wife and I both highly recommend John and Pipeline Restoration.
