Used them awhile ago to fix a leaking radiator heater. They replaced the valve. A day later, still leaking just the same. Obviously, that's not what needed to be fixed. At first, told me there would be no charge to evaluate the issue but my bill showed that they did. They tried to charge me $277 bucks for a fix that ended up not even fixing the issue. After some complaining, they removed the evaluation charge but $195 is still too much for not having fixed the issue.

Months later, I had a plumbing issue with a bathroom faucet. Just needed to be replaced. I didn't realize I already used them once before. Life is hectic. I lost track. And I was regretting reaching out to them but decided to give them a chance. The universe intervened and said, ""nah."" They said they'd come around 4PM the same day. They never showed up. I reached out to them asking when they planned to arrive. No response. I took that as a sign to just decline the service altogether. They responded over a day later asking to reschedule. Nah. Never again.

Two ProBoyZ Drain Cleaning and Plumbing technicians arrived promptly and were courteous in putting on the booties I supplied before entering my apartment. The job of replacing my pop-up drain turned out to be more complicated than I had anticipated because of the way the previous plumber installed my sink (basically backwards!). They dealt with the problem and left my sink in better working order than it ever has been. Plus they totally cleaned my bathroom! Excellent work.

the service guys were great. I feel bad for them as I write this review because they really did a wonderful job.

But I would never call this company again.There was ""no estimate"", no quote and what they charged me for what I do every 6 months was 2x the price I usually pay (this is the 4th company Ive used).

This is more like a rotor-rooter experience. But worse because at least rotor-rooter tells you that they will attempt to rob you and you have an opportunity to decline.

So customer be vigilant and cautious. The work is quality, the admin does not have a professionally ethical way of doing business. Will never call again.

Excellent service, super friendly. Pro Boyz team arrived at my house within 30minutes of my call - they found the route of the issue and solved it within a couple of hours. V reasonable price too for the quality of service!

The guys did great work on a 'little' drain clog that turned out to be a much bigger problem. They are hard workers, efficient, focused. The price was fair. It took a little bit of back and forth to get the appointment nailed down but they kept at it over multiple visits until the job was done.

Excellent, excellent job. They replaced an old drain pipe that had eroded over the years, and replaced it with a PVC pipe. The new pipe is quiet and no longer leaks. I highly recommend them!
