I just used Problem Solved Services for the first time for Spring activation service. I have a 29-Station system and the technician was Kyle, and he was great.
Very positive, helpful and knowledgeable. He gave excellent advice when needed. He was on time, spent a great deal of time to review the entire system and finalized the work very efficiently. Definitely will be working with them.

Called them to do irrigation system blowout which was fine but the tech didn't instill any confidence with his expertise - first he was video chatting with someone asking some question when at the backflow device location (I have a very standard setup) and second he wanted to let me know that since I had already taken out the backflow device, I shouldn't use the system as the irrigation water could flow back into the city supply contamination the water (yeah, the water will jump through the giant gap where the backflow device was). Undecided if I want to use them for future needs.

Tony, Matt , and Trish have been our sprinkler system service provider for many years now. After years of indifferent, and even some shady and unprofessional providers they have been an asset to have. Today Tony responded immediately to fix a broken cap and prevented a potential disaster for us. Not only that but he decided it was too minor to charge us for an unscheduled visit!
Over the years Tony, Matt and their team have done elaborate projects in our garden as we evolved and kept changing our landscape. Their work is meticulous, done with utmost care to details, and always in a professional yet friendly manner.
In the field of landscaping and irrigation it is hard to find such level of service. These guys are a real asset to have - the name they picked couldn't be more fitting to what you get!!!

Great company, use them with confidence. They care about their customer service. We have tried several other companies for our irrigation needs, especially for the Spring start up and Fall shut down of the sprinkler system. They also do the inspection on the sprinkler valve as required by the county. We like that they email us to set up the Spring and Fall appointments. It's one less thing for us to worry about. We have been using Problem Solved Services for several years. They are prompt and professional. Their pricing is fair. We called Problem Solved Services on Monday and Joe came out the next day to fix our sprinkler issue. We had a large puddle in the front yard. Joe found the problem right away and repaired it. They have repaired many leaks, cut or broken irrigation pipes, adjusted or replaced clogged or broken sprinkler heads. We are very pleased with this company.

Arrived as scheduled and the employee had a hard time finding the leak. Drained the valve box and couldnt find the leak.

He covered up and said if it continues to leak to call back and they will come back. Wasted $100 for really nothing.

Didnt follow through and dig around the line where the leak was later found by another company about 6 inches on the main line.

Tony, Matt and Hunter know what they are doing and are very customer service focused. I highly recommend them for any irrigatioin services. On top of that, the office manager Trish, handles calls with true concern for the customer and makes you feel like they are very concerned to help you solve your irrigation problem or needs.

What I like best about Problem Solved Services is that they watch my pennies and give me straight advice on what must be fixed immediately, what can wait, and my various options, so that I can make an informed decision. This approach has earned my trust along with the fact that their workmanship is always top-notch.

Tony and Matt have serviced our irrigation system since we installed it in 2004. They have also repaired leaks, added zones, moved zones, and recently upgraded our control box so that we could schedule our system over the web. Given their great service over the years, we also had them install landscape lighting. I LOVE the way my trees and beddings look at night now!
